The view is absolutely beautiful. There is a small kitchen/dining area as well as the bedroom and bathroom. What made the stay most special was our host Giuseppe! I’ve seen others remark the same way about Giuseppe so I know it was not a one off occurrence. We were coming from Cefalù via train and when I asked for a taxi reference Giuseppe said he would pick us up from the station! He also arranged the ride to the airport for us the following morning at 05:00. To make this a completely magical stay Giuseppe gave us a sunset Limoncello toast complete with a cannoli 🙂🇮🇹 We were only staying a single night and Giuseppe provided us with a memory we will cherish forever! Our stay here was absolutely beautiful and unique – truly one of the best hotels we have ever visited. First of all, although we were traveling during the peak tourist season, it never felt crowded here. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, with just a few tourists and mostly locals around. Secondly, Giuseppe was absolutely fantastic. He gave us a warm welcome, stayed in touch throughout our stay, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about our comfort and well-being. Thirdly, the Junior Suite we booked was outstanding – more like a private apartment. The room itself was small, but had everything we needed (and more): a spacious, comfortable bed, a shower, and a fully equipped mini kitchen. Everything was clean, stylish, and tastefully decorated. But the real highlight was the terrace. It was huge and spacious, with a private pool (big enough for, I think, four people), a large daybed, sun loungers, and more. The views over the sea and surrounding area were breathtaking, especially at sunset. We loved it so much that we often didn’t even feel like leaving – it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. Parking was simply on the street, but it was free and we never had any problems finding a spot. Finally, the location was excellent: close to the airport, with plenty of supermarkets nearby. We would gladly return – such a wonderful place!

The bed was a little too hard.

What a beautiful room and airbnb! We were blown away by the view. Sadly we only got to enjoy it for one night. It is very close to the airport so it was a convenient stay right before leaving. The room was clean and the host was very kind.

No shops around to buy breakfast Beach in need of cleaning apart from that it’s a great stay.

We couldn’t use the swimming pool as it was only for guests in the upstairs apartment.

Absolutely loved the place. It was the perfect location overlooking the ocean. Close to the shopping mall and many other beaches. Palermo is just between 15-20 minutes away.

The rooftop Casetta is like no other accommodations we have ever had. It was spectacular! The rooftop pool made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

The only thing is if you go to eat out nearby, the street where building is located is on a one way street and on google maps shows two way :/ You have to do a big loop around to go back to place.

We stayed only for 1 night just before departure. Very convenient as can relax on the beach and also it’s close to the airport (20 min by car) big plus is you cannot hear the planes taking off. It’s close to the street but design of the rooms is very good as bedrooms are located on the beach side. Very quiet place and it was very clean and convenient.

The beach is a bit dirty and not suitable for walking only sunbathing. The upstairs guests were quite loud, but that’s not property’s fault.

Giuseppe was super helpful and welcoming - he picked us at the train station and dropped us in the airport the next day. The room was very nice and cosy, the sea view - amazing, we arranged a pizza delivery and enjoyed wine on the balcony! Great for enjoying the sunshine and sea views - beach chairs and towels are available!

The listing showed a nice beach, small pool, and lounge area- which we learned upon arrival was only for a certain suite. There was no beach. That was disappointing. Parking on a very narrow street.

We were not able to swim.

The view was incredible! The space was modern and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for a short stay near the airport. Guiseppe was very helpful assisting us with ordering pizza to enjoy on the balcony and arranging the airport shuttle. We would love to return and stay longer! Grazie Mille

Absolutely nothing. Did not want to leave.

WOW! This place is over the top! We cried because it is so amazing!! Very romantic! Spend the $$ on the private pool and enjoy the views! And the host - he went above and beyond!! When we were not able to get a taxi to our next destination, he personally drove us over an hour!! Unbelievable hospitality!! You will not be disappointed in this little piece of paradise with the most welcoming and accommodating host!!

I really loved staying here. The location was amazing with stunning views of the sea. Inside, the place was beautifully decorated. Everything was well taken care of. The balcony was a favorite spot for us, enjoying a coffee or watching the sunset in the evening. The place was spotlessly clean, and Giuseppe, our host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, giving us great tips for the area. Overall, it was a perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and natural beauty, and I can't wait to go back.

It’s a bit hard to get there if you don’t have a car, but Giuseppe has a solution for that too 😉

Giuseppe sas an amazing host, we could ask him about everything and he helped. Angela in the morning was also super nice and caring 🥰 The location is incredible, it’s directly by the sea, and the apartment has everything, like sunbeds, sweet water shower.

Restaurants are a drive away but there is a very comprehensive supermarket nearby so could bring food in. Plates etc are provided. Beach has sea grass but once in you quickly get past it.

Lovely rooms with little touches that make it feel like a home. Perfect terrace overlooking the sea for sundowners. Host was very helpful. Close to the airport but no plane noise. Same with busy dual carriageway at the back of the property. We were amazed you couldn’t hear it once inside. Perfect if you have an early flight.

Need to drive to restaurants, etc.

The room was comfortable with attractive furnishings, minibar, large closet. Modern bathroom with a fabulous shower. Balcony with comfy sofa and bistro table, coffee and tea station overlooking the beach. Beach lounge chairs and towels are provided to use at the beach only a few steps away. Lots of available street parking close to the property. Host Giuseppe Is charming, friendly, and happy to give sightseeing and dining recommendations. Easy drive to Palermo airport.
