Location was superb- walkable to all the sights of the city. The Hotel is unique ... has excellent features well laid out bedroom with lots of added bonus bits-we could enjoy the sun terrace which in October was a bonus! The Host Giada was so friendly and helpful arranging a airport taxi, but the super star was receptionist Aurora. She was so helpful about tips to get around the city - recommending restaurants and pastry shops! Friendly and welcoming which was so reassuring to get our trip off to a great start. We loved Palermo.

Very comfortable and peaceful apartment. Close to the centre but in a quiet square just a step away from all of the action. Excellent breakfast and lovely welcome from Giarda and her team. Highly recommended.

Utterly entrancing place, newly renovated, charme de l'ancien and excellent new bathrooms with good sturdy fixtures. My little suite had a roof terrace as well as a balcony. Common areas are adorable and comfortable. Delicious breakfast, attentive staff, great value, super location around the corner from the hipsterish Moltivolti and just steps from Ballarò while shielded from the chaos in an historic, clean & quiet square. Highly recommended

Excellent all around. Giada and her team are so lovely. The location can’t be beat, and the room was perfect. Also a special note on the delicious and extensive breakfast. Aurora also gave some great food recommendation upon check in that were fabulous. Would absolutely stay here again.

It’s very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was delicious and extensive. We felt like we had a refuge from the July heat at Sette Fatte. The staff were kind and accommodating. All in all a great, central location.

There wasn't anything about the hotel that we didn't like. Parking is a bit difficult so you have to have patience. They registered our car so we could enter into the zone which was so helpful.

This hotel is in a great location, close to the Four Corners, the main street for restaurants and shops, sites and Ballero Market. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. We had a private terrace with both rooms. The hotel has a lot of character. They offer a nice breakfast with eggs, pastries, yogurt and drinks. Highly recommend!

Honestly, it was a little hard to find but once we knew where we were going we found it was in a really good location. I was traveling with my family and we needed 3 rooms. We had 3 rooms right near each other and we shared a balcony. It was perfect.

WiFi that barely works, constant on and off connection. Breakfast could have more variety, it was mostly desert.

Parking situation was a little challenging but it worked out fine. And, the location is not that easy especially since the GPS simply does not work very well in Palermo. The entry is at the end of a narrow dead end alley. Very cool !

We wanted something that matched the the old and ancient feel of Sicily. Something with character rather than just another nice hotel. This property did it. We loved it.

We had a great stay at Sette Fate. The hotel and the rooms are very nice, I loved the old furniture giving a cosy feeling to the place. The balconies and terraces are perfect. The people are very nice and friendly and helpful. And finally location pretty central and ideal to visit, take the train, everyhting.

The breakfast could have been better if I'm being overly picky, although service was very friendly.

Room was beautiful, very clean and spacious. Great value for money with the separate lounge and roof terrace, fantastic location maximum 10 min walk from all main attractions and restaurants etc.

In my opinion, the price was a bit high for such a place, as it wasn’t a hotel and it was a suite/apartment. Overall, it was good, and we had a nice time

The room was very nice and clean. The location was excellent. It was about a 10-20 minute walk to the old town and main streets and a 20-30 minute walk to the nearest beach. There was no need to take a taxi or bus. Breakfast was nice too. Giada was very helpful and friendly as well, and she always was availableon WhatsApp.

The extra fee for use of the spa was something we missed but perhaps it was lost in the fine print. We were ok to pay but maybe make this clearer at booking. Only other slight issue is we found our bed a little hard.

Location very central and place was lovely. Great breakfast. Amazing rooms. Staff very nice. We had a great stay.

The second bedroom on the first floor had only shower, no toilet. It would be more convenient to have toilet than shower.

Location in the very center of the historic town and wonderful staff, especially Gadia and Marta. Good breakfast.

Not much - it was honestly all we could’ve ask for

Loved the area, the breakfast in the courtyard was excellent and the staff was incredibly accommodating. Giada was exceptional, and provided us with amazing restaurant recommendations and was very available for anything we needed. The property is stunning, it’s incredibly clean and in a central area that still relatively quiet.

A beautiful hotel right in the centre of the old town. Close to the main areas, Ballaro market, Quattro Canti etc. Gorgeous room, beautifully decorated and excellent amenities. Very helpful staff offering advice. Excellent hotel

Our 3 beds room had a flight of - we thought - dangerous metal stairs up to a terrace. The fridge was upstairs and would be more useful in the main room downstairs. The spa was 20 euros per person for 1 hour.

Our return flight from Catania was cancelled so we had to travel to Palermo and stay for two nights before we could rebook. The hotel is a secure oasis within the old town of Palermo with exceptionally helpful staff. The breakfast was lovely with lots of choices and there is an honesty bar. We enjoyed our time in the spa.

We stayed for 7 nights and every day there was same breakfast which was quite boring. Do not expect any healthy staff like vegies and greens. Also the fact that they do dot write in general informations before you make booking that the spa is paid separately, what is more when you ask the after booking they say is 20 Euro, but when you are there and think of using it, they say 20 Eur per hour… So, this was really flustering and of course made intentional.

We weren't there for long enough.

Location was great, staff were extremely helpful. Decorated to a high standard, well presented and gorgeous. We loved the little garden, roof terrace and breakfast. Didn't get chance to use the spa facilities which was a shame. Our room was bigger than we expected in a quiet area, had a lift which was a bonus.
