⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic stay in Palermo! We had an absolutely wonderful time here! The room was spotless, beautifully presented, and incredibly comfortable — everything you could hope for. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Palermo, making it easy to explore all the sights, restaurants, and local charm. A special mention goes to our host, Mimmo, who was truly fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble — he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone

This lovely little BnB is in a great area of Palermo, close to many major sights and shopping, restaurants, bars etc. Our room was very spacious, light filled, nicely decorated and with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and modern. The icing on the cake for us was the shared kitchen which was well stocked with kitchen utensils and allowed us to prepare simple meals. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine watching street life. The double glazed windows made for a peaceful nights sleep and the lift was a great asset. Finally our host Mimo was very kind and thoughtful, and Google translate overcame our lack of Italian. Highly recommended.

The key/Aircon/power set up just doesn't work, it's so inconvenient for guests.

Overall stay: The property is in a great central location and the room itself is lovely; spacious, beautifully decorated, very clean, with a huge in-room bathtub, a balcony, and everything you need. The host was warm, welcoming, and helpful, which we really appreciated. However: The lighting/key system is, unfortunately, very impractical. All four keys (main door, accommodation door, room door, and the small key for the lights) are fixed onto one ring. To have power for the lights and air-conditioning, you have to leave the key in the switch. This means that when you go out in the evening or come back in the dark, you have to remove the key to unlock the door, leaving you in complete darkness until you can slot it back in. The bathroom light is on a motion sensor and comes on automatically at night, not ideal at 3 a.m. when you’re half-asleep and it wakes both you and your partner. But it goes off just as quickly and leaves you flapping your arms around for the light to come back on (it's the same if you are in the shower)! I can understand why the owner has set it up this way, probably to save energy, but in practice it’s quite inconvenient for guests. Verdict: We really liked the room, it was spotless, and the host was lovely, but the key/power set-up detracted from the stay enough that we wouldn’t choose to return.

- Absolutely new, recent refurbished. - Great shower, spotless clean - Super comfortable bed, and authentically decorated. - The shared kitchen was 100% equipped! - Location was amazing, super central, yet quiet. New noise proof windows. Sounds surreal, but it was possible to stay in Palermo's heart AND have a great night of sleep. - Nice small balcony for a wine & taglieri night - Host met us in person, and, even though he doesn't speak a lot of English, he was very thoughtful. - Central, with maaaany cafes, restaurants and bars few steps away. - There were parking spaces in the flat's street, but we preferred to use an indoor private one - 2 minutes walking. - Bathtub and complimentary water were extra luxury :)

Via Napoli is a bit dirty and during our stay parts of it were not well lit.

The accomodation and location in Palermo were excellent. It is right next to the main tourism street and very close to historical and cultural locations. The host facilitated a very late (2am) check in as our flight was delayed. The cafe under the apartment was a genuine local spot where we had a lovely coffee at the end of our stay, it was great to just sit while the locals all filtered in and out during their work morning.

Fresh, renovated room and renovated bathroom with the balcony. Idea with a bathtube in the room is cute and great for couples. Comfortable bed. Nice location. Host was very friendly and helpful. Very nice experience! ;)

The room key and key to power are sealed together. So if you want to open the door you will have to cut off the power first. Vice versa. I understand power saving but it’s very inconvenient in the dark. The toilet light was also sensored. If you sit in the toilet for more than 1/2 minutes, you will be in the dark, same as showering. The main kitchen area has very strong smell as soon as you enter the property. The staff was a bit rude at check out.
