the room is so big with nice balcony. you will look at little yard of the family owns. your view is not block by building, it is open view. it is not fancy but so cozy. it has a shared kitchen and common dining areas.

such a great location so close to the train station made it easy to drop bags and continue exploring. very helpful hosts, very quiet courtyard view even though on a busy street. public transport right across the road. laundromat across the road too. great to have kitchen access and a fridge freezer in the middle of july summer! the room was spacious and clean, private bathroom across hall no problem at all.

The location is perfect, 5 minutes to the central station and 15min walk to the major tourist attractions. Everything is clean, also had small welcoming snack.

Excellent place to stay very close to Firenze Santa Maria Novella, the main railway station. Friendly helpful owner. Big comfortable bedroom. Very quiet. Good clean private bathroom just across the corridor. Shared kitchen with hob, microwave and fridge.

On arrival it was not clear which doorbell was to be rung and no telephone help number is displayed.

Simone made me VERY welcome and thoroughly explained everything about my room and the associated kitchen and lounge area (which was a pleasant and unexpected surprise) He answered all of my questions about the local area and getting around and even had good recommendations for places to eat.

The location of the property was ideal. There is a restaurant and pharmacy next door. The train station and a small supermarket are located around the corner. The property is very quiet.

The kettle needs to be changed, its wire is damaged, so it is not safe anymore. But everything else was perfect :)

The accommodation was pretty close to everything, I just walked around the city. I felt safe as a solo woman traveller, even at night. The host was very kind. I liked that I had a private bathroom.

Even though it was known in advance, having an external bathroom turned out less convenient then I expected. I'd also appreciate more hooks in the bathroom and a mirror in the room.

Perfect location. Close to the centre and the train station, but at the same time in a quiet neighbourhood. Has a food store nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. Lovely owners.

The key to my room was VERY tricky. It was really annoying and should be repaired. Literally every time I tried to open my room, I struggled with it.

This place was perfect for my needs. I needed an inexpensive option, and for the price and the location (very near the station and the center), I thought this place was exceptional. The price is reduced by the fact that you don't have an ensuite bathroom. That is the deal that you accept when you book this place -- you have a room in a large apartment, and the bathroom is directly across the corridor from your room. It was an acceptable trade-off for me. Luckily, the other guests were quiet and in fact I never actually ran into anyone else during my stay. The place was clean, quiet, spacious, conveniently located -- I would definitely stay here again.

Because toilet it's not in your room, it's a separate room, door handles are not easy to open/close, sometimes they stuck, that's very inconvenient when you have to leave a room and go to bathroom and when go back (travelling alone). At nights with open balcony doors it's quite noisy, because owners family have an inner yard, noises comes from their sitting till late, dog barking... They are not able to write you a normal official invoice (work trip), that's bad.

Bathroom not connected to bedroom, I don't mind this. But when getting ready there isn't a mirror in the bedroom so you need to keep leaving the room to go to the bathroom. A mirror in the bedroom and it would have been perfect.

Great location, walkable into historic centre, also right round corner from Tram for airport and also train station. Simone was very friendly and quick to respond. No breakfast but the snacks in the room are a nice touch. Very peaceful.

Super convenient location, it only took 3-4 minutes walking from the SMN train station, and it didn't seem like a "bad" area at all. Check-in was easy and the host was friendly and helpful. The apartment is on the first floor, so only one set of steps. The unit is large overall, and has a living room, dining room, and kitchen for shared use. The bedroom is also quite large, and it has its own air conditioning unit that works well. The room is lockable so you don't have to worry about others staying in the unit. The bed was pretty comfortable and the pillows were especially comfortable. Not noisy at all. The room was clean and also smelled really good. The private bathroom for the room is across the hallway, and there's also a key for it so that no one else uses it. The shower is a good size, and the water pressure was really good.
