the room is so big with nice balcony. you will look at little yard of the family owns. your view is not block by building, it is open view. it is not fancy but so cozy. it has a shared kitchen and common dining areas.

none! But it is old style building without elevator. I am ok with it. it might not be good for some older people.

Great lacalization near train station and near the center of Firano.

such a great location so close to the train station made it easy to drop bags and continue exploring. very helpful hosts, very quiet courtyard view even though on a busy street. public transport right across the road. laundromat across the road too. great to have kitchen access and a fridge freezer in the middle of july summer! the room was spacious and clean, private bathroom across hall no problem at all.

The host is very helpful and carrying. The room is gorgeous, clean and comfortable. My window faced to the beautiful garden and in the morning I was waking up by the beautiful songs of birds. It is a very uniq place: in the centre of the city but quiet and lovely. The location is perfect - it's possible to reach everything by foot. I love that a lot!

The location is perfect, 5 minutes to the central station and 15min walk to the major tourist attractions. Everything is clean, also had small welcoming snack.

The floor in the room is a bit cold without shoes or socks on, could add a mat for comfort in winter.

Host was a really cool and friendly guy! Strongly recommended!

Excellent place to stay very close to Firenze Santa Maria Novella, the main railway station. Friendly helpful owner. Big comfortable bedroom. Very quiet. Good clean private bathroom just across the corridor. Shared kitchen with hob, microwave and fridge.

It was a little bit cold at night (in February). There was one spare blanket but maybe another one would be good.

Simone made me VERY welcome and thoroughly explained everything about my room and the associated kitchen and lounge area (which was a pleasant and unexpected surprise) He answered all of my questions about the local area and getting around and even had good recommendations for places to eat.

On arrival it was not clear which doorbell was to be rung and no telephone help number is displayed.

Very well located, a few blocks from the train station from the tram stop to the airport. Very comfortable room with private bathroom. Sparkling clean and well maintained. Good heating in winter.

The property was fine, but I was puzzled when I arrived, because I was expecting a big sign on the street, and there is only a small sign by the ring bells. Anyway, the host spotted me when I arrived while I was wondering which button to push.

The location of the property was ideal. There is a restaurant and pharmacy next door. The train station and a small supermarket are located around the corner. The property is very quiet.

The bathroom is across the hall.

There weren't any carpets in the room, so be sure to take slippers. Also, I had a personal bathroom, but it wasn't in the room. The bathroom was next door through a small hall

The accommodation was pretty close to everything, I just walked around the city. I felt safe as a solo woman traveller, even at night. The host was very kind. I liked that I had a private bathroom.

The kettle needs to be changed, its wire is damaged, so it is not safe anymore. But everything else was perfect :)
