I really enjoyed the night I spent at the hotel. The place, set around a garden is so pleasant and feels homey. The room was comfortable and the breakfast delicious with many options and the person serving breakfast was so friendly. It is within walking distance to everything in Manduria. Highly recommended.

Self check in would have been amazing.

Amazing garden and overall newly refurbished place or even palace. Very spacious room and very new. Tiny pool (or bath) on the roof which still was great during a hot summer day. Great breakfast.

Parking is free but tricky to get to if you have a big car.

Excellent location in historical centre, beautiful gardens, comfortable beds, spotlessly clean, great breakfast choices, good coffee, easy walking distance to bars and restaurants.

Take some insect repellent to breakfast!

Breakfast, with coffee of your choice, being served in the grecian-like garden is spectacular. Similarly an afternoon spent on the rooftop terrace, by the pool, with jazz music playing is just wonderful. The rooms are simple, but clean and secure. The staff are a real highlight - they go above & beyond to be helpful, friendly and accommodating.

We have just returned from a perfect stay at sine Tempore! It went way above our expectations and we feel it should be more than 3* for the price paid! We had a beautiful room right next to the small pool which was beautiful. It felt like our own private terrace and you are provided with beach towels and loungers. There are areas to lie out in the sun and in the shade. The room had everything required and was exceptionally clean. We seen the house keepers daily and they were very thorough with all aspects of the cleaning. We had water and toiletries replenished daily and plenty of towels. The hotel arranged our taxi airport transfers which were more than half the price from what we were quoted online! Breakfast was lovely and had more than enough options and coffee/tea was made to order. The hotel is situated a short walk into the beautiful centre of Manduria where there are a small amount of bars/restaurants/shops. Grazie mille sine tempore 💙

Breakfast was wonderful. Our suite had a private garden, excellent clean bathroom and very comfortable bed. Staff were responsive and friendly.

Setting is stunning, loved the garden, and our room was huge which was great for us with the kids.

We stayed in the secluded family suite. It was absolutely great, full privacy, lush beautiful rose garden, high quality interior and all essentials you need to a comfy stay. It is like staying in a villa, yet you can benefit from the abundant breakfast, room service and exceptional hospitality of the host and her team. This place is a hidden gem of Manduria and it could be THE reason to visit this charming town.

Probably could have had a little corner sofa and television not on the wall. Mind you we were far too busy in the nearby town centre to watch TV.

Very friendly, helpful and would go out of their way to help. The accommodation was cosy and comfortable. Had a lovely garden and roof terrace area with small dip pool. Great breakfast inside and out. Lovely full breakfast. Great staff.

The bed was not very comfortable (too hard for my liking), whereas the pillows were quite soft and did not hold their form. The food offered for breakfast was not very fresh but was included in the booking.

The hotel is in the historic centre and a short walk from the central square. The front entrance of the hotel is on a small and narrow street, so it is very difficult (if not impossible) to find parking, but then the inside opens up to a very nice inner courtyard/garden. I was in one of the 2 rooms upstairs in front of the small pool (which fits about 4-6 people), which was nice. The room and bathroom were of a very good size

No gas in the terrace oven - we needed hot water for our baby and managed to find a kettle eventually downstairs. Would have been great to have one near our room/ in our room.
