I stayed at a beautiful seaside accommodation. The rooms were clean, spacious, and modernly equipped, with an nice view of the sea. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist and answer any questions. The location was perfect, close to the beach and main attractions. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and seaside vacation.

Very hard to communicate, no signs of actual the property. It based on the 3rd floor of the hotel, but no explanation how to get there or where to park. Italian breakfast means coffee , croissants in your room. No cleaning, doesn’t matter how long you stay and changing the towels it charges 15 euros.

It was nice and decent size room with the good facilities

When we arrived the crib which we requested was there, but the provided mattress did not fit, with gaps down the side and a huge gap at one end of the crib. We were afraid our baby could fall down it, and it was certainly not following safe sleep guidelines. The owner suggested we pad it out with towels which also would not be safe. Anyway, eventually we solved the issue; the owner sent the mattress that came approved with the travel cot. Getting into the room initially was difficult. We were given a long code and a pin to gain entry via an electronic door lock. However, some communication on how to precisely enter it would have been useful (for example, you had to enter "E" after each set of numbers, but it was not written). Finally, there was no communication about cleaning, rubbish collection etc. On the first day we came back to the main bin having been emptied but the bathroom bin still full. Since we were only there for 3 nights it wasn't a big problem, but more information would have been useful (also providing the WIFI code, cleaning schedule and other helpful points).

The room was very clean and quite large, with a big balcony. The bed was comfortable. The location was a little out of the centre but walking distance, and quite close to the beach. There are also a couple of restaurants and a supermarket close by if you don't feel like going into the centre. At night it was peaceful and we slept well. I think compared to other properties in Tropea Soraya Rooms represents good value for money.
