No soundproofing - very loud staff blowing leaves and shouting ALOT early in the morning and can hear every other guest - literally hear everything….. also it would have been nice to have robes as there is the pool. to elevate further as this is meant to be deluxe - a breakfast tray just with first mornings stay like juice, milk, croissant as we have received in other apartments across Italy would be great.

Sorrento apartment was spacious and spotless with very comfortable bed. The views were gorgeous.

They had stylish twin size duvets on our beds but they were heavy & extremely hot. Would have liked a simple sheet or sheet & light blanket instead.

Beautiful sea views (as in advertisements). The property was recently designed & updated by an architect/owner so we felt like we were in an Architectural Digest spread. It was spacious with high quality materials, gardens & pool. Had a small but full kitchen. We could park our rental car behind their gates at the property even though it was a safe area. We could walk to several restaurants and shops but one does need to be fit or not have pain issues normally. Great stay!

Didn’t bother me; but it’s a steep walk uphill out of sorrento town, so you need a good level of mobility to stay here

The toilet was difficult to flush completely and the tap in one of the sinks didn’t work properly either.

The property had an incredible view in a very quiet area. The room and bathroom were very spacious and we loved the pool.

We thought the biggest challenge was the location. Beautiful view, property very nicely done, but challenging location for older guest.

Property was extremely clean. Staff was fantastic and helped with reservations, dinner suggestions and anything else we needed. Sabrina was an amazing host and was lightning fast in responding to every need we had.

Not really that walkable to many nearby restaurants for most people, but we didn't mind the walk up and down the hills because we needed to walk off all the pasta and deserts that we ate!! Lol

They went above and beyond from start to finish. The communication was excellent from the moment they picked us up from the train station all the way to them dropping us back off. They gave us a ton of local recommendations and were always just a phone call/text away. They were probably one of the nicest hotel staff we've ever encountered, and we've been to hundreds of hotels all over the world. We will definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional service and AMAZING views:)!!

To benefit from the great views, the property needs to be high up! The walk up from town is a stretch with shopping!

The privacy, location, pool and the gardens were excellent. All the staff were very accommodating and helpful, supportive and friendly. The scenery is speculator and the walking distance to main street is approx 15mins walk, which was very acceptable. The accommodation was very spacious and clean, the beds were very comfortable. Love the window shutters.

The only aspect of our stay that was not fantastic was the poor quality mattress. The bed was much too soft and made it difficult for us to sleep well.

Sorrento & Else provide a well kept clean self catering appeasement. The rooms were quiet, private and the splash pool was a wonderful way to end hot days walking around the city. The best part of Sorrento & Else is the view overlooking Sorrento and the whole bay. It was really beautiful.

The walk up to the apartment is quite steep, and can be tiring in 30 degree sunshine . However it’s a small price to pay for the views.

Apartment was beautiful, everything we needed was provided, even pool towels and flip flops!!! The views of Sorrento are fantastic, the pool was amazing. Sabrina and Augusta were fantastic hosts, extremely friendly, and full of information and handy tips!!!
