It was quite a walk for us older folk dragging the suitcases from the train station. Had we known just how far we would have tried for a taxi at the busy train station. So kinda our own fault lol.

The balcony doors opening to the garden. Quiet for being just off the busy street. There was an issue with our shower, but they moved us to another room the next day, we loved that. All the amenities such as coffee, snacks, access to water fill station, great wifi.

More pillows would be good. Most hotels would offer at least two per person. Bathroom layout was not great and made it a bit tight to use comfortably

A little bit of noise from other apartments

Lovely quiet location and a flat walk into town. Great room overlooking the garden. It was a bonus to be able to park our car there. Great to have a kettle and a coffee machine. Nice little snacks provided too.

This was a quirky and private location, only a 10 minute walk from the centre of sorrento. We enjoyed the private patio and garden. It’s was a lovely apartment with incredibly helpful and friendly staff who were always happy to help and only a WhatsApp message away at all times with quick replies. They even helped us from getting through train stations and finding the apartment to local shops and restaurants to try.

There was bod on the sheets ( not from us ) i saw it in the morning i am not sure if it is something that just couldn’t be washed or it wasn’t washed at all 😔 it was not nice feeling anyway

It was big with a balcony and garden, the bathroom was nice. The beds were big. Perfect even for 5 people. There was coffee and some croissants and cakes for breakfast. The stuff was nice 😊

Nothing, it was exceptional.

Sorrento hidden garden was a beautiful spacious property in an ideal location approx 10 mins walk out from the main sorrento centre. The walk is along one flat road so very convenient. It was very clean and breakfast/snack items are also left in the room and refilled daily which were definitely appreciated. The terrace/balcony area looking over the garden is also a lovely place to sit and enjoy the sun. We stayed here for 6 nights and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone staying in Sorrento.

Very quaint property.. just off the main strip, but set back a little for privacy and quietness. Thought the room was extremely clean, spacious, loved my little patio, well equipped with closet and hangers, coffee and snacks, loved the water and juice.. such a nice touch!

Beautiful Apartment Hotel in a gated compound 12min from Piaza Tasso. Extremely friendly and supportive hosts Alana and Giorgia who showed us around and managed to get us a parking spot in the compound (we were visiting off season in March End) Well furnished apartment with a peaceful garden + balcony where we had breakfast.

The rooms were in a great location and had lovely little terraces that overlooked a garden. It was very quiet and peaceful nestled in the citrus trees. The location was wonderful as well and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They were there to help us check in and also available via whatsapp for any questions we had along the way. It's a wonderful place to stay in Sorrento! We left something in one of the rooms and they had it shipped to us in the States right away which was so incredibly appreciated. It's the little acts of kindness that go a long way!

Fridge and bathroom could be noisy at times

The plastic molding at the bottom of the shower is showing wear and tear and may be conducive to mold. The rubber liner of the bathroom glass window is loose at the top so it doesn't catch and is hard to close. Also, the ceiling over the terrace is showing wear and tear. For such a nice property, we were also surprised that the wallpaper outside is falling apart. But those may be just cosmetic observations.

Alana was fantastic! She welcomed us warmly and our stay was very smooth. Everything was explained well and clear. We loved this spacious property and we liked that there was juice, water, croissants and coffee. I wish it had a bath tub, but it was great even without it. The location is great, too, and it was a 15 minute walk to Piazza Tasso. We liked the convenience of having a laundromat 2 minutes away, and there are a few restaurants and stores nearby. I particularly liked that the post office was 7 minutes from it, and the train station was 13 minutes away.

The room was beautiful so spacious and I loved the coffee machine, the little snacks we were provided and the water machine was a great touch. Just everything! Also Alana was so lovely! Sent over some great suggestions for dinner places to go, and was genuinely just a friendly face, made us feel so welcome.

Nothing very important. The fridge and air con were both quite noisy in the night and the bathroom had a few little defects (toilet roll holder fell off the wall and there was a crack in the window frame where ants were getting into the property). This did not affect our stay.

The area was quiet, our balcony was a lovely little area to sit and have coffee and the bed was very comfortable. Host was very helpful and sent us lots of great information about the room and the area.
