We loved it and will consider going back. The pool was great after so many tours to chill at which on occasion we meet some other travellers.

We loved the location, the pool, breakfast and our room which was spotless. Marica our host was so helpful with tours suggestions and questions The free shuttle helps, it is walkable up and down if fit with no big cases. The shuttle does have a break during the day so check the times.

The accommodation is perfectly located for being accessible to sorrento as well as to escape the buzz of tourists through your the day. The room boasts lovely views. The staff are generally friendly and helpful.

There was no free tea and coffee - which is standard in all b and b rooms we’ve ever stayed in. We didn’t like that when they came to make the beds - no fresh towels provided - they hung up our wet towels.

Lack of amenities close by, for example bar or cafe however the property provides a shuttle to Sorrento which was excellent and came on time every time you needed it. Would have been good if the property had a bar area that served drinks in the evening.

Property was in a nice setting, gated and had a great pool and sunbathing area. Rooms were modern and comfortable with a cool vibe.

The only issue we came across during our stay was that our room was full of ants. We messaged the host and she told the cleaner right away however we found they kept coming back. So many of them. They were also in the bed.

I loved the home like and spa like feel in one. The staff was efficient and very nice. Though it is a ways away from town, there is a shuttle that takes you into town.

If you miss the shuttle bus times the hill is quite a walk. Bedroom being upstairs although nice could be slightly inconvenient at times.

Marica our host was very accommodating. Had her WhatsApp number to message anything we needed and she was very quick to respond and help, and even booked an excursion for us one hour after arriving. Peaceful and quiet. Pool and balcony very peaceful. Shuttle bus was a lifesaver instead of walking up and down the hill, especially coming home with bags. Room exceeded expectations and was more like a mini apartment. Netflix in the room was a bonus. Room cleaned everyday. Minibar was a nice touch.

I must point out an issue with the bed…the legs bow out slightly and stick out more than the actual bed itself, but it’s not visible when the bed is made. I managed to break my toe on the bed leg just by walking past it! My toe went black and blue, swelled up like a balloon and I was limping and on pain killers for the rest of the holiday unfortunately! I’ve posted a picture of this. we found the room was occasionally damp too, when the cleaners had mopped the floor seemed to stay wet for ages. it rained when we were there and it was impossible to get our clothes dry again when we got back to the room. there was no ventilation really. I had a pair of sweat pants that stayed wet for 3 days until I asked if they could be dried by the hotel reception. they were very kind and washed and dried them for me. breakfast was ok but there was a morning where there was only one bottle of still water so one of us went without.

very clean and our room was quite modern, I think it might have had a refurbishment recently. the bed was firm and comfy and we got a daily clean and bed change. the shuttle to and from the centre of Sorrento was brilliant, very quick and the drivers were both so lovely.

The room was a lot bigger than the pictures make it seem. The location was great, very close the the centre. They do offer a shuttle bus which takes like 3 minutes, but even without this the walk is only 10mins. The shuttle bus drivers are so lovely and an asset to the hotel. The host was very quick at replying and was very understanding when we lost our room key. The views from the pool are insane. Bc the hotel only has 3 rooms, the pool is often quiet which is great. Would come back.

Prior to check in, Marcia was very communicative. We arrived to the centre and were collected by the little shuttle bus - A free service that runs you to and from the centre with a quick text to Marcia. Yes, the property is up hill - as we had read in previous reviews. But the nature of Italy is that most little properties are. This did not take away any inconvenience for us personally. We often walked down and then (between the allotted times) met the driver for a lift back up. The drivers were very skilled and I trusted them perhaps more than I would most drivers back in the UK! The room its self was immaculate, comfortable, modern, cleaned every day and stocked with more than we needed for our short stay. The pool area was clean and comfortable, and the pool its self was welcomed addition after a hot day exploring. The breakfast offered was perfect and we had a selection to choose from every day. We visited the Amalfi coast during our stay - organised through Marcia. This was a beautiful trip, again carried out by a very skilled and friendly driver. As we travelled Italy during our two weeks - what we came to understand is that Italy is an adventure, not a convenient package holiday. Please bear this in mind! Overall, we were thrilled with our stay! And would absolutely stay at Sorrento nature and spa again.

As we are older and I have a bad knee, the location was slightly too out of centre for me. I had to wait for the shuttle every time and even where the shuttle drops you off it’s still a 15 minute walk into the main centre. There’s no shops or restaurants or anything near the hotel so if you want lunch you have to go on the shuttle into the town and then back again which was a bit of a pain for us. Also shuttle bus was very fast and turning down the tiny roads, it was quite scary at times.

The property is slightly out of the centre. The walk is extremely uphill and taxis won’t take you up there. Only the free shuttle bus can go up and down so keep this in mind when decided your check in time as the shuttle only runs from 8am - 12pm then stops and resumes at 4pm to midnight. We also had a problem in the top room with our air con but the room in the bottle worked fine.

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous. The rooms were lovely and had everything you needed. The swimming pool was great and right next to your rooms. Breakfast is amazing, anything you could want they provide at the time you would like. The host Marica was brilliant, she helped so much and catered to everything we needed. It’s a little bit out the way of the town which we knew before we went however they did offer a free shuttle which dropped you close to the centre (10 min walk). Which was very ideal. It runs until 12am which is great but one night we stayed out later so had to walk back as the road isn’t accessible for taxis and is very steep, particularly in the heat.

Fantastic modern room. Lovely comfortable bed. The host is great, very responsive and nothing is too much trouble. Lovely pool area with sun loungers. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was also good. Clean beautiful family run b&b.

It's high up on the hills, but the shuttle service was 100% great. They get you within 5 mins of texting to say you want a lift. Drivers were sooooo friendly. Great hospitality

What an amazing place this is. Marica and her family do a fantastic job. It's intimate (3 rooms only), away from the crowds, and incredibly peaceful. Our room Procida was very tasteful, well equipped with fantastic a/c! The bed was super comfy. The free shuttle is an absolute lifesaver, trust me you won't be getting a taxi up those Roman roads! If we ever visit Sorrento again, this will be the first and only place we stay at. Thank you for the hospitality on our honeymoon

The Hotel was in a quiet location surrounded by lemon trees which gave us this ''Italian'' feeling! Pool area was small but quiet, the view from the balcony was amazing, rooms were very accommodating and clean, and Marika and her Husband were great hosts ! Wouldn't change it and highly recommend !! We did have second thoughts at first as Hotel seemed far from town centre, BUT the free shuttle works brilliantly !!! also the walk wasn't so bad, and some evening it was actually nice to take a 15 minute walk into town through these quiet narrow Italian mountain roads.

The location makes it difficult to get around at your leisure. You need to rely on a free shuttle bus that operates between certain times rather than being able to come and go on your own accord. While the shuttle bus ran efficiently, we prefer being able to come and go as we please. We also experienced lots of ants in our room. I understand they have a problem with ants during the summer months and for this reason, daily room service would be better rather than every second day. The bathroom towels were also very small! We thought they were hand towels or for children! There was also nowhere to dry wet clothes. We would’ve loved an outdoor clothesline.

This place exceeded our expectations! They provided a shuttle to take you to a drop off point in town. It ran 9-11 am and 4pm-12am. The host was super responsive when requesting a ride. You can walk down the hill (10 min walk) to town - would not recommend walking back to the apartment. Then room were super modern. They made our bed every day. Breakfast was provided every morning starting at 8am. Quiet setting. The swimming pool was refreshing after a long day of site seeing. I would highly recommend! The host were very friendly and attentive!
