staffs are very accomodating and friendly. They will try to help you with everything you need. Location is central,very close to bus and train station . The rooms are clean, although the smell are expected since the rooms are in the basement( we were told about it prior to our stay, manageable by opening exhaust fans of the bathroom). We also thought no one would clean up the rooms but we came back and they did. The breakfast was great as well. We are extra greatful because the lady didn’t charge us for the breakfast which we planned on paying after we eat because we were not aware that we need to pay before, we insisted on paying the breakfast as we leave the property but she said that its all good, such a sweet lady.

The staff was exceptional, great people, always nice and smilling, the breakfast was good, a lot to choose from, there was a very nice lady making us coffee. The location is very good, close to the port, to the train station. The room was clean, the air conditioner was working and even if we had the basement room that wasn’t a problem because the room was the perfect temperature

Shower seemed just a little bit old and small but it still worked great!

Lovely place with super friendly staff. Comfortable large room. When our train broke down in the middle of nowhere they sent us local taxi phone numbers to call and offered to find us a minivan. Good breakfast too!

Location, service, ease of navigation and effective A/C. The staff is very welcoming, alongside a rich B&B breakfast with several cakes, yoghurts and juice available. Safe area! Oh, and take a relaxing walk in the garden nearby.

Everything was excellent!

Everything was great! The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, it included fried eggs, cold cuts and cheese, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit, fresh orange juice, coffee-- everything anyone would want! They were very accommodating and communicated promptly and provided us luggage storage the day we checked out. The location is within 5- 10 minutes walking to everything including the train station and city center. And most importantly, it's highly unlikely you'll find a better value within Sorrento, highly recommended!

Nothing serious. Bed mattress had a small gap in the middle of the bed, which made it a slightly uncomfortable. Only one power socket on each side of the bed, but it's taken by the bed lamp by default. Only a small trash bin in the bathroom, could be one in the bedroom as well.

We reserved a basement room, but for some reason we were upgraded to a ground floor room which was a nice move. Location is great, 5-10min easy walk from Sorrento's historic town center. Room was spacious enough and comfy. Shampoo and soap was provided, we had clean towels each day. Ilaria was available and responsive on Whatsapp, and once we got to the apartment he provided clear and valid guidance on how to reach other towns and what to see in Sorrento. Enough options for breakfast, lady was kind and helpful.

Amazing staff! They went above and beyond to make my stay feel like home. Breakfast was very good and the hotel is good value for the area. Off the Main Street so it isn’t too noisy and not many guests. I lost my bag during my stay and the stay came late at night to get me a new key and went to the depot to pick up my phone. Thank you! I’ll be back!

we loved the air conditioner and the cappuccinos in the morning. pasquale was an amazing driver to and from the airport for us and we loved his company and talking to him about italy and more friendly conversation. he also took us the scenic drive so we could see the town and took us to a lookout to take a pic for our families. overall very welcoming experience.

The check-in time until 9 pm only is a bit inconvenient. Also the basement room I was in didn't have any windows, only its bathroom did.

Short walk from the train station, lovely accommodating staff. I came drenched in the rain all the way from Naples by train and they very thoughtfully heated up my room before my arrival, so I was finally able to get really warm. Breakfast was great, a huge selection, and not only sweet things as is usual in Italy, cheeses and cold cuts as well. A lovely presepe/Christmas creche/Nativity scene in the breakfast room (smth Naples is particularly famous for).

Everything was great. Nice and cozy room. Super clean. Illaria helped me with the charger which I had forgotten so I am very grateful to her for that.
