I had a wonderful stay at Sorrento Restart Suite. Everything was perfect — the room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the bathroom was large and modern. The location was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

The shower was a bit inconvenient because we had to hold it in hand at all times

The apartment was spotless, the bed comfortable and the location was quiet, very convenient and close to everything. The owner was super sweet and accommodating and was giving us a lot of recommendations and answering all our questions. It was very convenient that they offered storing our luggage before the check in time and after the checkout in a nearby storage.

Very clean, nice breakfast delivered to room. Pretty handy location - we walked all over town. Super friendly, able to store bags for day after check out while we adventured with less weight on our backs!

Beds and pillows were not very comfortable, bed was too short and I am only 177cm high. Pillows too low and soft. Traffic noise was a disturbance to sleep.

We had a fantastic stay at Sorrento ResArt Suite. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming, the place was very clean, and the location was perfect – close to the center. Right at the entrance, we had a rental service for a scooter which made everything much easier. Breakfast in the room was excellent, and overall it was a very enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Everything perfect, the hosts are amazing, very friendly and made sure our stay was comfortable. Breakfast is nice and served in the room, by a extremely nice and friendly lady. Location is very good too, near the train station and easily walkable to / from the city center.

The staff is really friendly and the room includes a custom-made breakfast. The location is quite good, as it’s not far from the tourist area and the port zone but quiet and away from the hustle and bustle.

Cannot answer this question as there was nothing to dislike.

On arrival we were met by very friendly and helpful staff, couldn’t have done more to make us feel welcomed. Central to Sorrento with easy access to ferries, train, bus services and taxis. In shouting distance to shops, cafes and restaurants. Very clean and well maintained facility. Secure entry and exit with windows and blinds that kept it very quiet and light out when needed. The air conditioner kept the rooms at the right temperature considering outside temp was 35 C. Breakfast was continental with additional items served if required, but plenty enough to keep you satisfied.
