It was a perfect place for our short stay in Milano. Matteo was a great host. He provided us all the necessary informations. The room was great and close to the building there are a lot of restaurants, shops and you can find everything you need. There are also very good public transport connections. A great place!

+ Central location, easily accessible by public transport, clean, towels are available, theres a fridge Note that you will be living in a room within the hosts appartment, although room has an own door and own bathroom. Decent location for a one night stay in Milano.

the chair was broken, fridge didn't work properly, it felt weird that the landlord was one door away and he could open it anytime, and the bathroom was the worst part about the whole place- it felt really dirty

The location

Honestly, I didn't like the room at all. It felt very dirty and old, and the bed was super uncomfortable. There were no blinds or thick curtains, so light from outside comes in all night. The bathroom is disgusting; to get to the toilet, you have to go through the shower and therefore step on it, which makes it very unhygienic. The shower curtain is yellow, probably from the number of times people have peed, and there were ants in the bathroom that we don't know where they came from. I think the owner could have put more care into keeping the room clean. Finally, the room is only separated from the owner's house by a door, which gives the feeling of little privacy, since you don't even have a key to lock the door for peace of mind. I wouldn't return.

The location.

The apartment was really old and dirty. We basically had to share the tolilet and the shower with the owner, who was staying in the room next to us, no door lock, nothing. I do not recommend it in any way.

Owner was available by phone or messages.

This property is not as it looks in the picture. Its inside a very old building with an ancient room having full of staff. Photos were taken differently that is why it was displayed as so clean and proper. However you need to accept the reality over expectations. Not recommended for a couple or family, may be for boys who don’t care about cleanliness or tidyness can try this property.

The location

We didn’t like the fact that there was only a door separating us from the owner (although it was locked and we had privacy) and the fact that the music every night was loud.

Room was cozy, location is good we liked it.

There was only one thing for us: no opportunity to lock the door which separated us from the host. For girls it didn’t felt too safe, but there was no problem. Bathroom is not really comfortable.

Heating system, fast response, not far from the Duomo!

The location was handy.

To describe the water pressure as a trickle is to exaggerate. And what little there was, was cold. Painful mattress,, awful bathroom, no TV, no nothing! As much as I love Italy, sadly, there are far too many disappointing accommodation options. You can add this one to that very long list.
