Great location and good apartment

Our experience was excellent from start to finish. The host was always responsive and very quick to answer any messages, which made communication easy and stress-free. The house is beautifully organized, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of having a selection of classic breakfast snacks available — it was surprise and something our little one enjoyed very much! We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a pleasant and well-cared-for place to stay.

Our favourite apartment during our stay in Italy. Especially, useful was that there are two toilets and showers, which is very handy when your travelling with six people.

The location listed as central but it wasn't really close walking distance to many of the city central attractions. And please make sure to tell the guests that when arriving on a Sunday to please list the grocery store they can go buy supplies along with the hours the store stay open. We had to look on Google to find a location and it was not a walkable distance from our apartment. Some of the places said they were open but they were not! And restaurants were closed too!

Pastries, jams and snacks, milk and coffee was left on the counter. That was a good gesture but that is not what we would consider breakfast for a group of 5-7 adults. May we ask that you add a toaster to the list of amenities in the kitchen.

There wasn’t a place to gather (living room/TV room) other than the kitchen.

It was very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our brief stay. Marco was a great host. We would highly recommend staying here.

Very clean, lots of space, quiet, aircon was FANTASTIC! Washing machine and dryer were a great surprise after travelling for a week it was nice to have clean clothes! Location was great with cafes, supermarkets and pharmacies all close by. Basic essentials such as oil, sugar, coffee etc were a huge help and breakfast provisions were provided. Overall a great stay in Blue apartment! Would definitely stay again.

We had to leave!

Everything about the apartment is ideal and spacious, well equipped and the bed is SO comfy in the largest room. Each bathroom is very modern and spacious and the kitchen is well equipped too!

Great stay in the apartment, very good contact with Marco. Very clean and cozy flat. All we needed to stay was there. Also some breakfast, like croissants, jam, cornflakes, and coffee.

We had some challenges before the check-in, but this was successfully resolved. What bothered me a bit is that we are travelling through Sicily and this was the most expensive accommodation by far and it is 2,5 km away from the city centre, it has 2 layers toilet paper and breakfast which is just a bunch of sugar (we bought our own breakfast). The kitchen does not have any windows and the view from the rooms is a bunch of garbage. It is also located next to children daycare and it can be pretty loud. Generally - it is just not good value for money.

Very clean apartment with great facilities. Also, the parking is available on the street and free of charge.

As i remember, we booked an apartament with 2 bedrooms and a living-room, but there was only 2 bedrooms, no living room. that was a problem as we calculated the beds differently and someone was supposed to sleep on the couch. we also arrived late at night, as the flight was late and the airport in another city, and the check-in wasn't available after 10 pm. we had to ask someone else to pick the key from the owner but if we didn't have any friends in the city, our stay could not be possible there.

it has 2 bathrooms and the rooms where very spacious.

The location! The area was not the best and my husband and I did not feel safe walking around after dark. It was very dirty and trash was all around the surrounding area. Also not a lot of "good" restaurants or places we would feel safe hanging out in after dark. Side note: Next door is a daycare- it was very loud.

The breakfast contained muffins, cookies and snacks. It was nice to have, but that is not what we consider a "breakfast". The apartment was very clean and had most necessities. Kitchen utensils, cooking items, pots, pans, etc could have been better.

The bedrooms and beds were not as advertised. All 5 were supposed to have their own bed but there were only three. Two groups had to share beds due to two missing beds. The listing said 5 beds that was why I chose this apartment. The location isn’t the best in Messina. However, I felt safe with 5 people in our group walking the streets at night. There is no family room furniture for family gathering.

There was cereal, snacks and drinks provided. The apartment was very clean. Comfortable beds and the AC worked great. The apartment was easy to access. The host was very responsive. The location was near a supermarket and some restaurants.
