I was a bit unfortunate with my neighbours who didn’t respect the quiet hours - the sound-proofing of the rooms may be better as discussed with the host. I would also prefer to have silent time from 11pm already and a harder mattress. It would also be nice to have blinds to exclude the streetlight in the night. But these preferences are obviously personal and they may change from guest to guest: all in all, I would only recommend the place.

Beautifully and cleverly designed house in a very calm and safe suburban neighbourhood at a walking distance from Poetto beach. I really liked the spaciousness of the kitchen, the minimalist design and the impeccable cleanliness. It was a nice surprise to have some small snacks, tea and coffee available in the kitchen for a quick start of the day. Carolina, the host was also there, kind, very reasonable and available. She and her friends were easy-going and gave me some info on what to visit in Cagliari, and a recommendation for a reasonably priced beach club on Poetto. I liked that even though there was self-check in available (which is very practical), I could have some contact with the host and other locals as well.

Excellent apartament, good position! Inside is very clean and beatuiful, all things are new! Quality for the price is okay. To try if you want to stay close to Cagliari 15 min by car.

For taller people the beds are a bit on the small side

First of all, a super nice and welcoming hostess. Super nice room. Everything brand new. Good location. Close to the beach. A bit outside of Cagliari old town, but perfectly reachable by bus or bicycle.

Great stay in Stasonis apartment. Really nice, clean, lovely place. I really recommended it. Sisters were really helpful and cheerful.
