Any of the other guests that opened or closed their door was easily heard through the thin doors.

Good location. Close to train station. Many restaurants nearby and about 15 minute walk to old town. Room was large, recently remodeled, new mattress, AC and heater.

Quiet room, comfortable, staff responsive to my needs when I messaged. Fantastic location for train although the property is up an incline to get to and once inside steps to room on 1st floor. Managed okay but just something to be aware of if you have a heavy suitcase.

Check in process and access is a bit complex.

Location was great, close to the station so we didn’t have to walk far with bags but also close to the attractions. Room was clean and comfortable. We were also able to leave our bags after check in until 2pm which we appreciated.

We liked everything! Starting from the central location of the apartments to the comfort of our stay. We had family room with our private bathroom and air-conditioner. Im very sensitive sleeper and nothing was disturb me. Everything was working good. It was very clean. Very nice host Ludovica was always by what's app connection! We felt us at in home in Genova! Only you must go up from train station or from the Flixbus stop. We knew it before, so it was not problem for us, we were ready to go up with our luggage slowly -slowly:)).

As the property was shared there was a good bit of noise from other guests coming and going. The property had a big old door that made a really loud noise when being open and shut which woke us up some nights and mornings.

The location was excellent beside the train station. It was very clean and had everything. The area is shared with other guests- kitchen and laundry but we had a private room and bathroom which was nice. The staff was really friendly too

Great location - a couple of minutes walk from the train (and metro) station where we arrived from and 10 minutes walk to the cruise terminal where we left from. Huge room, great shared facilities. Even a washing machine which was fantastic before we go on our cruise.

It is a steep walk up to the place is you are with bags, but that is expected if you are on a hill!

The shower door was quite small to get into but this was minor.

Great location close to the train station. The room was a good size and the kitchen was handy to cook in with basic equipment.

There was a small shelf missing in the shower cabin, there was nowhere to put the soap. I recommend installing one.

We spent 2 nights here. Location is perfect, just few steps from main station and walking distance to the city center and port. Room was big and comfortable. I really liked the style and atmosphere of the accommodation. There is also a kitchen where you can cook and make tea or coffee. Communication of the owner was perfect, informed before our trip about everything by mail and by whatsapp

The attached bathroom was tiny but I can't really complain as it was neat and had everything needed.

I am honestly confused about the bad ratings by others for this apartment. We stayed in the Deluxe family room Levante and the room was really neat, clean and comfortable. The apartment was tastefully done with nicely selected antique pieces and wall art. The bed in the bedroom inside was comfortable and the bedroom has an attached bathroom which was spotless. There are 2 TV units, one in the living space and another in the bedroom. Sufficient cupboard space and a spacious table rounded up the room well. There is a well maintained and clean common kitchen with all required kitchen appliances for a comfortable stay and sufficient cutlery and crockery to make and eat a proper meal. Though we didn't use it, the common area also had a washing machine that one could use. There were coffee pods and a Nespresso machine as well in the common kitchen and basic necessities such as sugar, salt and olive oil. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures. Having such an affordable room right beside the main train station is great. The reviews that talk about steep steps probably didn't realize that there is a road about 50 m away from the stairs. One could use the road to pull along suitcases instead of carrying them up the steps.

I booked this apartment last minute due to a change in plans, and couldn't have been happier. The host was very helpful. It was a very spacious and comfortable apartment. The location was perfect, just a couple of minutes walk from the train station, and also a short walk to the great old port area of Genoa.

location about 3 mins from Genova Piazza Principe railway station. We had the bed, en-suite and television with Netflix so it was all we needed as only staying 2 nights
