Very clean. Large room with large bathroom. Balcony is a good feature. Internet is fast. Air conditioner works great. Everything (furniture)seemed new to me. Good location with lots of amenities nearby. Very fast and good communication with the host. We really enjoyed our stay here and recommend it to other future guests.

Santina (the owner) is super nice and supportive. Thanks for your help! It is a very nice appartment, we had a perfect stay in Tropea. The appartment is located not directly in the town center which was very positive for us. Easy to find a possibility to park, it is only a five to ten minutes walk to the historic center of Tropea. It is also perfect, that there are two supermarkets nearby (one is just over the street). On one of the balconies, you can observe the "normal" live of Tropea, which is also very relaxing.

This property, made my family and I feel very welcomed from the second we arrived down to the last minute we left. The owners of Stefanelli always ensured we had everything we needed in order to make our stay feel as comfortable as possible! This property was also situated in the most perfect location. With only a 5 min walk down the beach, 7 min walk to the main centre and a few steps away from super markets, boutiques and incredible bakeries. Our stay at Stefanelli exceeded our expectations and we recommend this stay to anyone interested in vacationing in Tropea, Calabria.

Very beautiful and comfortable apartment with great location (close to shops and great viepoints in Tropea). Really comfortable bed, high speed internet, kitchenette with spices and all the kitchen equipment that you need. Landlady Santina and her husband are the best hosts ever. Don't think twice – just take it.

Apartment was spacious, clean and modern. The location was good also, an easy 10 minute walk into town. Ample free parking was available in the side streets. Very convenient supermarket was situated across the road.

My stay in Tropea was absolutely fantastic! The location couldn't have been better - with shops and the city center just a short stroll away, it made exploring the area incredibly convenient. The neighborhood was serene, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. I must commend the impeccable cleanliness of the accommodations and the charming decor of the room. It truly felt like a home away from home. Additionally, the owner was exceptionally hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Her helpfulness was greatly appreciated and made my experience all the more memorable. Highly recommend!

It was a little bit less soundproof than what we are used to but it wasn't really a problem for us.

The room was really comfortable and we felt welcome. The host was kind and could even speak german. A nice touch were the free beverages. It's only a short walk to the beach and about 15 minutes from the trainstation. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay in Tropea and we would definitely recommend it.

If we had to suggest a few improvements, we would recommend to add some more equipment for the kitchen; including an intermediate cleaning shift and linen change (for those who are staying longer); and providing a washing machine (there are already connections so we think it is only a matter of time). But these are improvements, we are fully satisfied and happy of our stay!

The staff is really friendly and kind. We really appreciated their welcome and thoughtfulness (wine, chocolates), they were great hosts, I wish they were all like that! The flat is on the first floor of a small building, where the hosts also live. It is very large, bright, all newly renovated, with two large balconies, one of which has a sea view, double glazing and electric windows. The house is also very close to the historic centre, while remaining very quiet, as well as to several supermarkets, a discount store, bars and pizzerias. It is also very close to the sea, which can be reached by a flight of steps.
