There aren’t many street lights at the area where the apartment is located, may make you feel a little bit unsafe especially when you walk out at night.

It has a great view from the balcony! The place is really clean and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. The location is also pretty good, it’s located 5 mins away from the Palermo Cathedral and most attractions are within walking distance from the Cathedral. Stefania was very kind to show us around the apartment and facilities, she also prepared a guide for us which was really helpful.

The location is both good and bad. Close to the centre, but streets are extremely dirty to the point of being unpleasant to walk.

It can be a little noisy, the lights on the street randomly turn on very late at night which can wake you up. It is a shared kitchen space, but I had a private bathroom for my room. Other than that no issues at all.

Location was amazing. Stefy was extremely prompt in fixing a hot water issue which I hadn't noticed. They let me drop my bags to hold, gave me keys, was available for early check in. Very safe location, well lit. Super cute balcony. Close to main attractions everything is walkable. They do have an elevator to get up to the 4th floor.

It is a bit noisy since it is on the side of the street, not a big problem for us.

It was renovated, everything seemed new and stylish. Air conditioning worked perfectly. The kitchen was well equipped and useful. The host was very nice and in close communication with us during our stay. View of the Palermo cathedral.

You can hear the other guests very well. We woke up during the night several times.

We were an hour late with checking in. But Stefy was so super kind to wait for us throughout that time. The apartment has an AMAZING view over the city, the room is very specious and the bed super comfortable.

The traffic and passing car music can get pretty loud at night as it goes by but that’s just part of the city and it gets quieter later into the night. The property has soundproofing and good windows.

We enjoyed our stay so much! Very comfortable beds, perfect location, great views, personal welcome from Stefy, maps, umbrellas, everything you might need, very well cleaned. I would highly recommend staying at Stefy’s!! It will make your trip to Palermo even more magical :) Would definitely return. We booked all the rooms and each one is beautifully designed and very comfortable.

The street across the appartmentcomplex can look a bit sketchy at first, but it is actually a nice location.

Very nice hotel! The location is on walking distance from the touristic area and the room is very spacious, clean and with airconditioning. It also has a blind, making the room very dark to sleep. Beds were comfortable and Steffy the host is very nice! As mentioned in the description, you share the bathroom with other guests, which was fine and we did not even heard the other guests. The bathroom was clean and the shower was really good. You also have acces to a shared kithcen (but we didnt use it). Also we had a beautiful view from our window!

Location: within walking distance of Palermo’s main attractions. Decor: minimalist, clean, elegant, modern. Facilities: excellent shower, comfy bed, balcony has nice view of cathedral, good sound insulation against traffic outside, electric blinds excellent for sleep, air conditioning superb. Good TV. Shared kitchen well equipped though we only used it for morning tea/coffee. Proprietor: Stefi could not have been kinder or more helpful with our requests.

Stefy is an amazing host! She gave me a very warm welcome and gave me recommendations to visit the city. The location of the apartment is in a walking distance from the city centre. The room was cosy and the bed very comfortable. I would repeat if I went again to Palermo.

Everything was literally perfect. All you might be needing during stay is already there. Stefy is a very kind and helpful person. Also, the location is great too if you’re going to explore city centre. I was able to find free parking in close distance though you can’t park in front of the building. Somehow, I didn’t even notice that we had booked a room with a shared bathroom and toilet that we’d have to share with other people. It was our first time experiencing this, but everything was all good—no mess, and we barely even noticed the other guests. Everything was great!

We were there in December and the room took a while to warm up. We figured out that we shouldn't have turned the AC off so fast the first night. After that it was very comfortable.

The room is spacious and beautiful, with a small balcony and a very nice view. Both the window and the balcony have roller shutters which is a must for me. The host is all you could wish for, so nice and accommodating! Open Netflix was a nice addition. There's also a common kitchen with a fridge.

We hat such a great time staying at Stefy's place. So much thought was put into everything and our room was super-cozy. The best, though, was the view. I could have spent days on the balcony with coffee and drinks and just chill there. It was awesome.
