The Bed in Room 4 was very uncomfortable and many dips and bumps. The sheets and pillows were great. The shower control with the hand held unit was hard to use.

The only small downsides were that the soundproofing could be improved — we could hear water running and footsteps from the next room (though not voices) — and the showerhead required constant pressing to keep the water flowing, which was a bit inconvenient.

We had a really pleasant stay here. The room was very clean, the environment felt cozy and comfortable, and the location was super convenient — close to everything we needed. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated the little self-service snack and drink that was free to use anytime. Overall, it was a great experience.

Bed was a little low for me.

Located just off the tram line (T2) which runs between the airport and the main train station, this property is idea if you want a cheaper option outside of the main tourist area. Tram stop San Donato University located 200m from property. Clear and easy instructions sent for access. It is the main building access doors with all of the entry buttons, the room is on Floor 5 or P 5 (piano 5 in Italian). Turn left once you enter the building and get the lift to floor 5 . Room was cleaned each day. Plenty of food options nearby, but the trams run into the old city until late, even later at the weekends.

The parking was not as easy as other reviews say, however we did manage to find a space round the back. The communication was hard as the owner didn’t understand much English but that’s expected in a different country.

The property is a short distance from the centre when driving, but if you don’t have a car the tram is right outside the door. It was super clean and had a small communal mini fridge if needed. The bed was comfy and the room had a lot of space so I definitely recommend this for a short term stay. There’s a supermarket just outside too.

Parked across the road in 'Quick no problem parking' online and was really cheap for a few days. Tram across the road also running into centre every few mins. Hosts very adaptable to my needs and lots of extras like fruit/water/coffee which felt very welcoming.

At some point, there was some buzzing in the room for the whole night, but it was resolved after contacting the host.

A little tricky to find at first with a car as it is tucked in behind the shop fronts on the main road and it’s hard to see any street numbers from the road. But once we found it on foot, it was all good.

A lovely studio apartment with small balcony situated in a very convenient location on the tram line between the airport and city centre. Perfect for our one night stay with early morning flight. The tram only takes 4 minutes to the airport , and approx 10mins to the city centre. The apartment was very clean, quiet and nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed. There is a large local supermarket just around the corner which was very convenient. A great place to stay. Communication from the host was very good. Would definitely stay again.

My only comment would be if you're a light sleeper, maybe consider that the walls are thin and you could really hear others. Fine for us with only a couple nights stay and we might just have had noisy neighbours!

The distance from the city center is somewhat far (at least 20 min with public transport) although there is easy access via tram. The parking is not on the property, so you have to walk back and forth with your suitcases. It is not allowed to eat inside the room, which is quite odd, and there is no mini-fridge. The building, especially the lift, is old, which may not appeal to everyone. The room itself is super comfortable, new and well decorated.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. If you need anything, she would be quick to help. Room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. Great location, the tram is just 200 meters in front of the apartment. Good area to stay, lots of bars and restaurants around. Recommended!

The property was very well kept and the staff was really friendly. She recommended so many lovely places to visit and great restaurants to eat at. There is a tram service right in front of the property and is perfect for traveling towards the city centre. There is a big supermarket right next to the property, so convenience wise it was a 10 for me. I would highly recommend the property for a sole traveler.

It would have been nice to have a coffee machine in the room for morning coffee but luckily there are many coffeeshops in the vicinity.

The check-in process was easy and smooth. The room was spacious, well equipped, and had everything we needed. It is right across the street from the Tram stop and quick and easy to get to the City Center without having to live in the hustle and bustle of the city.

In one moment I was hesitating because the hotel was not in the centre, however it didn't need to be there, it is 15 mins by tranvia from the centre, and it let me enjoyed another area of Firenze. It was very clean and nice, The room was perfect for 2, the bathroom had everything and beyond, the staff leave us coffee in the room and some snacks that were very good after a day walking. I loved the place, and for sure if I come back I would stay there.

I have filled in the like part with my observations. The owners need to be much more careful about receiving the their guests if my experience was anything to go by.

The room was very nice, but there was a serious problem. When I arrived the outside door to the building would not open. I had to wait for quite a long time for a cleaner who was inside to open the door to the building for me. Then, when I did arrive inside the actual hotel, there was no indication which room was mine. Nobody was present to assist me when I arrived. I had to call the person responsible on the phone to identify my room. Then the room key didn't work to lock my door when I was leaving. I had to call again to the owner. A young boy came and helped me to change rooms to one that did lock. This was all very disagreeable and stressful.
