Noisy next door occupants waking us up 1.30 and 4.30 in the morning.while trying to open their door. Brutal.

While we appreciated having a private bathroom, it was detached & down the hall from our room & only accessible with a key (or to be left unlocked?)

Beds were super comfy, loved having a fully equipped kitchen & fantastic proximity to key points of interest. Hosts were very responsive and check-in & out was a breeze! I appreciated having the photo of the door to help recognize that we were in the right spot upon arrival.

Wasn't sure where to put the recycling (mostly paper).

Location was great, close to San Lorenzo & only ~10 minutes or so from the train station. There is a small, basic kitchen, so you could make a cup of tea or breakfast. Also bottles of cold water in the fridge. The instructions to access the apartment (codes etc) & rooms were very straight forward too.

The bed could have been a bit softer..and weren’t many staff around that often but apart from that!

it was in such a great location and the decor of the property was done so well!! A private bathroom and the well ventilated room was very nice!

This B&B is not staffed. Everything is done through messages and automated pin pads/locks. When I stay at B&Bs, I think part of the experience is to meet the owners and gain local knowledge from them.

The location was very good! Close to the Duomo but far enough away so it was quiet. The AC worked well and it was nice to have the ensuite bathroom.

We wasn't aware we were given a total different hotel. We lost our way as the staff didn't inform us the building name. There were 2 types of block numbers which is very confusing. It was rainy, and we had to keep calling the staff to tell us the way. It took us an hour to find the place, which isn't convenient.

The original place which we booked is on renovation, so the staff arranged us a stay in another nice hotel. It was really comfortable and we had a lounge outside where we can have tea or coffee.

There is construction going on at the main floor so there is construction dust all over the stairs and wasn’t able to use the handrails which made difficult to bring luggage upstairs. Power outlets need changing, when conecting converters they were loose.

Great location, close to Piazza San Giovanni. Clean place and had a pod coffe maker which was a plus.

We need to share toilet and the flash doesn’t work well for the 2nd day we stayed. I understand this building itself is 300years old but the toilet should be up running. Apart from that, everything else is great!

The toilet could be improved: the shower was a bit loose. The room had no air contidioner, but the fan helped a bit (it was really hot that week, so cannot blame the hotel).

The location was excellent, around 10 minutes from the train station and the Dome Square. We never meet the employees, but they were helpful on our requests via whatsapp.

The neighborhood was working on some construction when I arrived. The contruction outside of the window is a possible path for thief so it didn't feel safe to leave the window open during the night time. This further makes the room temperature increase a lot since the air can not flow in/out as the winodw is closed. Because of this, I woke up so many times and unable to sleep well. The fan does not help at all. Luckily, the construction was finished after two nights.

The location is located nearby the city center. You can easily get on the public transport. Mostly, there is almost no noise when you stay in the room.

I didn't like that my room was very noisy as they had construction going on in the building. But the host provided us with ear buds which helped. Secondly I thought I would be sharing a bathroom with one other room but apparently the bathroom is to be shared by 3 rooms which was slightly annoying.

Lovely stay! I really loved my room, It was Arabian-nights themed. The bed was extremely comfy and Nadja the host was easily reachable via whatsapp, she was quiet helpful!

Perfect central location. Calm as window opened towards inner court. Surprisingly, the shared bathroom was clean. Communication before arrival for access code etc. by e-mail was fit for purpose.

There’s no AC in the room but it really doesn’t get too warm in the room and I run hot.

The property is at a great location! Really close to the central market and main sights in Florence. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the ensuite bathroom was nice, water pressure in the shower was decent.

I was in the single bedroom that shared a wall with the bathroom. Definitely no soundproofing I could here and turn of the tap. Also the bed wasn’t great, could feel the springs through it.

Great location. Easy self-check in. Decor is cute and quickly. Room is stocked with some coffee/snacks and kitchen is available if needed. Bathroom was surprisingly clean for a shared room - not sure if due to frequent cleaning or other courteous guests.

The location is very good. Duomo is just 7 min walk and Firenze station is 8min walk as well. The apartment was a shared one. The light facilities could have been better The kitchen was loaded with everything. Perfect for a small family
