Comfortable and well- equipped apartment. The location was super convenient, just a short walk from everything in the city center of Bologna. The owner was very helpful and available. Highly recommended!

The shower drain seemed to be blocked, so the water drained very slowly. I advised Lara, and she said she would have it sorted.

The location is excellent. Lots ofgood restaurants are a minuteswalk away and themaim square in Bologna is an 8 minte walk. Lara was a great host. Very helpful and flexible. Made the stay very easy.

This was our second time staying in this apartment, and we truly love it! The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of Bologna, walking distance to everything you need. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a great base for exploring the city. The only thing to keep in mind is that it doesn’t have a balcony or windows that open to the outside, which might matter to some — but for us, the comfort and location more than made up for it. We’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, central, and reliable place to stay in Bologna.

The wine bar located next to the building entrance generates a lot of noise at night and some neighboors are quite noisy while silence rules were supposed to be respected.

Very nice studio apartment, clean and well equipped. Perfectly located, surrounded by many restaurants and walking distance from most of the places to visit and also from train station to enjoy other cities such as Firenze, Ferrara, Ravenne. Lara is very helpful, very reactive and proposed good recommendations for restaurants and bars.

I hadn't figured in the fact that my mobile number from home wouldn't work overseas, so trying to get into the apartment was difficult originally. Lara was very quick to sort it out for us though.

A great spacious apartment and only a few metres from fantastic restaurants and night life, and an easy walk from the central train station. The apartment was clean and tidy.

Didn't find coffee machine easy to use. Arrived late & would have been good if there was a bottle of water in the fridge, as no shops open. One of the hairdryers didn't work. One of the bedside lamps didn't work.

Great location. A quiet side street, & only 2 minutes walk to the centre. Very spacious room and bathroom. Good WiFi.

This property in Bologna was amazing! It really made our visit to Italy a bit more pleasing than it could have been if staying in another place. Lara, the host was always responsive in any of our queries. She helped us before the trip, clarifying any questions we had about the property. On the day of the check-in, she let me get inside the property earlier to leave my luggage because I finally went there earlier. During our stay, the room was being cleaned everyday with no extra fees. While on the check-out day, Lara again helped us and let us leave our luggage in another location very close to the apartment so we could enjoy our last day in Bologna being relaxed of carrying out all day out stuff. Worth to mention that we were also travelling around Italy during our stay, and the train station was like 15’ walk from this place, which was very convenient for us. Also it’s like 5’ walk from the city centre. While you can find take away food until late at night in less than a minute away from this apartment. Honestly, I have been to many places in many countries, yet Lara managed to be on the top of hosts I have met. If you want to have a great time in Bologna, please consider booking this place to stay.

lights a bit low; the bed lights cannot be switched off completely, there is not windows in the bath and in the bedroom, the heating was too hot and cannot be autonomy changed, we could not leave the luggages in the room but we needed to move them in another place.

The AC is really loud and you can t sleep with it on.

The location is really good, you can get really fast to the main attractions. Also, there re a lot of restaurants in the area. The room is comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed. For all the questions we had, Lara was amazing and responded fast and nicely.

Everything was great!!! The room was way better than the pictures. It was very clean. Nice comfortable bed!! Clean and spacious bathroom. The host, Lara, was willing to help us with everything we need and she replied quickly to our messages. The location was perfect, many restaurants nearby and very close to the center. We wish we could stay longer!!!!

We arrived at about 11.30 and the host did not respond on WhatsApp, neither did the door open, but it was because they were cleaning the rooms and also we arrived on Easter Sunday. After 12 we were able to go in, everything else was perfect.

You have everything you need, clean, close to the center, comfortable.

I accidentally reserved my stay for one day earlier than my actual arrival. I fully accepted the fee for that extra night and even asked politely for a refund, but the property told me that the room could not be resold. However, when we arrived, it was clear that the room had been used. When we asked about this, the staff insisted that was not the case, and we still had to wait before getting access to our room, despite having technically paid for the additional night. This felt unfair and disappointing, as I was charged for a night that was in fact occupied and not made available to me.
