We did get locked out and couldn't get hold of host only for a few minutes, couldn't be helped card stopped working for no reason and all sorted after 10 mins wait. Only 1 wine glass in room.

Everything perfect.

Beautiful room with very comfortable bed and beautifully decorated. We normally don't want a Jacuzzi bath in the bedroom but because the room was so large, it wasn't awkward. We really did enjoy the Jacuzzi bath as we were on a bike ride through Puglia. We found it very therapeutic! Nice coffee machine and mini-refrigerator enhanced our stay. Definitely recommend!

Breakfast was mostly sweets and they had excellent coffee. We did not enjoy the full breakfast because of our travel. The jacuzzi was great and we really enjoyed it. Staff were very nice.

We needed more hangers, we stayed for ten days, so had more clothes. It was sorted quickly. The bathroom light was on a timer, which went off too quickly. The lighting system was awkward but ok.

Good location, close to the old town. Clean, hotel room like facilities. Blackout curtains were excellent. Nice shower. Secure.

I had a great stay in a beautiful room. Newly renovated with a very comfortable bed. The location was great just a short walk from the train station and a short walk to the historical centre of Monopoli. And the service from Sara was exceptional. I will be back.

The Jacuzzi was not in good working condition. We wanted to rinse it before the use as there were some bits inside and we were not able to drain the water and therefore we were not able to use it. We were looking for a room with spa and payed for this service but we were not able to use it .

If you can't do stairs it, don't choose it! Sauna-on the grassy terrace after climbing the stairs. Fitness on the stairs. Relax-looking at your roommate sitting in the bubble bath through the transparent glass wall. Location is great, but the breakfast room is in the building separetly. Furniture & equipment are adorable, modern but very impractical

Shower drains backed up in two of three rented rooms. Breakfast was supposed to be served from 7-10, but on our first day the food was pretty picked over by 9:15 and at 0800 on the second day nothing was out yet, causing us to miss the meal to make the airport.

Lovely host Sara, super helpful. Beds are cosy and rooms are very spacious!

I was travelling with a friend and we had booked for a room with two double beds. Upon arrival we saw that there was only one bed and this could not be rectified by the staff. The shower is glass and essentially in the middle of the room so you cannot take a private shower or bath.
