The hotel service is very meticulous and thoughtful. The hotel gives people a very warm and romantic feeling. The breakfast is continental, but compared with other breakfasts of this type, it is the best. Parking is convenient and cheap at the door of the hotel. Highly recommended.

Nothing : it was all great! The location is at first sight perhaps a bit daunting, but once you're in the building, you'll be as pleasantly surprised as I was!

A courteous welcome set the tone for what would follow. The property is just lovely, a touch old-fashioned, but don't get me wrong - everything you could possibly want is there - a spacious room, a great bathroom, excellent WiFi, a self-service kitchen (with food and fruit in the fridge, and coffee/tea/juice and water for you to help yourself to at any time). Above all, every little detail has been lovingly arranged by the charming and smiling owners - who are there when you need them but in no way intrusive. The property is on the main road near the station, but it has excellent soundproofing and my room was totally silent and thus exactly what I needed after a hectic day on the autostrada. There is a fast charger for e-cars a 2-minute walk away. I loved it at Iris and throughly recommend this as an honest and great place to stay!

We were warmly welcomed and everything was absolutely wonderful. The breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, with a very kind lady who made cappuccinos for us with great care. The location is excellent. Thank you very much for everything!

Just steps away from the train station this is a perfect spot. Big, clean, comfortable room with a great bed and bathroom. Easy to the sites and a good breakfast served by a lovely woman! What more could I ask for?

5 mins walking from the station and 20 mins from the war cemetary. Well presented modern appartment. Well appointed large room with all facilities. Breakfast room shared with other guests but we had it all to ourselves as we left early. DIY brekky simple but great capsule coffee machine. All we needed to start the day. Helpfull owner. Go for it.

Very kind and thoughtful hostess e.g. left a blanket outside the room when the weather turned cooler. Good location for the train station and the bus to Monte Cassino.

Centrally located in city of Cassino, very close to train station. Very clean place, lovely hosts and very helpful. Free parking a block away from apartment which made it very convenient for us.

Great location near the train station and FlixBus stop. Beautifully renovated apartment. Extremely clean and surprisingly quiet give location on a Main Street. Hosts were extremely helpful and kind, breakfast was very good.

We liked that it was close to the train station and the local buses.The breakfast was very nice and always ready when we came to sit down.The host was very super nice and she always wanted to help.The unit was clean and spacious with a balcony with a view of the Abbey.

Rooms were spotless, and I really liked being able to check in early. Proximity to the train station is so close, and the locals are really helpful. It also has an elevator, which was awesome!

Although the apartment is beautiful, the area is very busy. Cassino, unfortunately, does not seem to be a very clean city.

Beautiful apartment, clean and very close to the train station for whoever doesn’t have a car. Nice breakfast with a lot of choices, great nespresso coffee with the moccacino. Also, the kitchen was only for anything we wanted: water, fruit, etc.

This was by far the best accommodation of our vacation. I don't think we've ever had rooms be better in real life than the pictures before, but we have now! Clean, comfortable, roomy, secure, generous breakfast, wonderful accommodating hosts, this place has it all.
