Central location directly at Ballarò market and all major sites in Palermo easily reachable by foot. Bed is comfortable, room is clean and quite big for a city hotel. Lovely balcony to enjoy a glass of wine/ coffee and enjoy the bustling city. Just as information: there is no staff on site, but Fabio was very responsive and helpful via Whats App. Tourist Tax needs to be paid in cash and must be placed in a mailbox.

It didn't have daily room clean , we stayed 4 nights ,i messaged them asking if we would get clean towels? They delivered them immediately which was great ,but no daily room cleaning

Just note that there is no lift in the building, but this is not unusual for Sicily / Italy in general.

Very easy and convenient self check-in. Room had more space than I expected, good aircon and a coffee machine (a nice bonus) :) Plus everything was spotless, clean and tidy. Excellent location at the very top of the Ballaro street market, which I’m sure will be a highlight of your visit to Palermo. Everything was very nice; take into consideration the noise until late in the night.

The accommodation is right in the Ballaro market; it is very beautiful, you are in the very proximity of food. It has air conditioning - very helpful.

Could be a bit loud during the day aa you aer in the middle of the market :) we did not mind, sharing just so you are aware if traveliing with small children

We had a wonderful stay! The host was excellent – very kind, helpful, and always available. He gave us great recommendations on where to eat, where to park, and other useful tips that made our visit much easier. When we forgot our suitcase in the apartment, he was quick to assist us. We also asked for an iron, and he made sure it was in the apartment that same evening. Overall, we really appreciated his hospitality and would highly recommend staying here

Nothing, all perfect! Only thing is the little side streets around the hotel are a little dark and quiet at night if you are travelling alone, but felt totally safe just a heads up if you are arriving late at night alone

Great location, right beside the market and lovely balcony overlooking little side streets. Room and bathroom were clean and large, with everything we needed. Host was fabulous at sending instructions and recommendations too

Not as well lit area for walking alone at night but otherwise good location

It was a short stay but the location was perfect to walk everywhere we needed to. The room was lovely and clean and extremely helpful owner - always available to help. Would definitely recommend and return if planning a next trip!

There was no waste bin other than a tiny one in the bathroom. The air con didn’t seem to work It was noisy until late (only really noticeable because we had to have windows open as we couldn’t get the air con to work)

The surrounding area if you walk past the market, away from the old town center, is pretty rundown. But we did not need to go there at night.

Loved the location right at the edge of the Ballero Market. That may not be for everyone but we enjoyed it. Very close to the old town also.

Room was spotlessly clean and well appointed with furniture, comfortable bed, small fridge and a stocked coffee machine. Bathroom also as good. Small balcony was nice to sit and watch the market set up. Location is excellent, the Ballaro market by day is vibrant, noisy, chaotic! By night the immediate area is shut down and deserted, a five minute walk takes you to many options for cafe bars and restaurants. The major historical buildings are also close by. Communication with Fabio is clear and concise, it's a very slick operation. Full marks from me!!

It is meant to be a B&b. By definition it would mean having some sort of breakfast included. However, although there was a coffee machine which was good just for me (because my partner only drinks tea) there is no breakfast. This is the only things that we feel we can pick on because to be fair the owner has been great in trying to accommodate all our requests. Thank you for your hospitality!!!

Central, clean and very friendly and polite owner. He went above and beyond on all our requests. He sent us a very comprehensive list of restaurants and pizzerias and all the places were very good. The B&b is very central. Ideally located close to the main station but also most of the tourists attractions in the city centre. The bed was comfy and we were so blessed it had air conditioning because at night it was very hot. As a welcome the owner left two bottles of fresh water and a bottle of wine in the fridge. We were truly impressed by his hospitality and kindness. We are so very grateful to him 🙏😊
