There isn't anything major to complain about, but you can hear some traffic from the surrounding streets. But it's not too bad.

There was nothing to "not like" We enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tenuta del Duca. The room was very clean (which is immensely important to my wife). The grounds were decorated nicely - very beautiful at night. The Restaurant was tastefully decorated and the food there was excellent! Christina was very accommodating, even arranging for Taxi services for us. The driver Paola was very nice, and despite the language barrier, we had no problems getting to and from where we wanted to go (She uses WhatApp and knows how to use Map Points in Google). Christina was very friendly and a wonderful Host. This place is a gem, and it's literally like 5 minutes from the airport. Being so close I wondered whether the noise from the planes would be an issue. But, it wasn't overbearing at all. We would definitely recommend this place, and look forward to returning one day. Thank you Christina!!

If you are not interested in a corporate airport hotel then consider this property. It was lovely, has an incredible restaurant with fireplace, it is spacious and quiet. Christina retook care of several requests with ease.

We loved the location of the property, which was close to the airport. The communication with the hostess was amazing, the space was beautiful, clean, and quiet. Plus, the hostess also has a restaurant attached. We enjoyed a delicious meal after our arrival.

. The property’s location was perfect—just a 10-minute drive to the airport. The hotel was quiet at night, the rooms were spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. We were a family of six and appreciated having three rooms on the same floor. Dinner at the restaurant was absolutely superb—definitely a 10+ star experience! This is a bed and breakfast in the sense that the room is supplied with coffee, tea, (amazing!) bottled water, juice and some packaged pastries. Some other reviews mention cake and cappuccino but I don't think that's a standard offering. WiFi is a little weak in the room but functional.

This is a well-organized and exceptionally well-located property for an overnight stay near FCO. Despite its proximity to the airport and location at a junction of roads, it was amazingly quiet, and there is a pleasant natural buffer around much of the property. Cristina was very helpful in communications prior to our arrival. The airport pick-up and drop-off was excellent, efficient service and well worth €15 per trip to us. The rooms are in a historic building with comfortable, modern renovations, with bedding and towels of excellent quality. Once at the property, you are pretty much marooned because of the road layout and no other obvious services nearby, but luckily there's no need to leave the property if overnighting: the restaurant is excellent and offers a fine wine selection both in the restaurant and to enjoy in your room if you wish.

Amazing location close to FCO, and gracious host. Excellent restaurant. I recommend having the hotel book a car to arrive/depart the hotel. So easy and stress-free. Clean, comfortable room with nice crisp sheets and good pillows!

Forget about all your preconceptions about nearby major airports places to stay! This is a LOVELY place. Communion with Cristina was beyond fast and accommodating. We arrived very late and still had time to order a delicious dinner (fresh mussels, fresh pasta and homemade bread). The owner has a BEAUTIFUL restaurant in the property! Make sure to eat there as well. The bedroom is just what you need for a restful and cozy night of sleep. Great shower, extremely clean, great towels. All clean and immaculate white. Plush new, Pillows (a plus!!). They offer pre-book car to Fiumicino airport, charging a fair price. Our plane got a huge delay and Cristina kindly arranged a ride for us to the city center (a historic Port Area) with Olga. We could not recommend you more! Grazie Mille!!
