Terecate Experimental Relais is a perfect place to relax and to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Salento, with beautiful beaches just around the corner and magnificent cities like Lecce and Otranto nearby. Luigi serves a delicious breakfast and is a charming and friendly host that makes his guests feel welcome and comfortable. We had a great time!

Nice apartment with hot water tub on terrace with picturesque landscape. Here you will hear only your breathing, wind and birds, so it perfect get away. Hot water tub was still refreshment after all day exploring although we were here in the middle of April with cloudy weather and strong south wind. You will share property with 2 others apartments. This is not problem as some kind of privacy is assured. It sure must be nice here in summer when also outside pool is working. Very good and tasty breakfast. Would come back again…

Great hideaway and great architecture! Waking up with the sun floating through the big windows on your bed and looking at an olive tree with swing is just a perfect start to the day. Topped then by lovely breakfast offering prepared and served by Luigi on the teracce. For those who want to have a real break just the perfect spot. Thoughtful recommendations by the host upon request.

Very minor points - it would have been helpful to have a table/surface in the bathroom to put our toiletries on and bottled toiletries instead of little shower gel packets but didn't detract from the stay at all.

Lovely stay in a beautiful location - especially loved having breakfast in the mornings on the patio, with a stunning view and peace and quiet. Excellent communication by the hosts!

It’s quite expensive for what you get. You are very close to your neighbours.

Nice new cabins on an olive farm. The room was good, fairly basic. The kitchen quite small but we did use it. The plunge pool was good to cool off. Family run, veggie garden was a nice touch.

If you want to immerse into a country side this is the place. Everything was great and everyone was supper attentive and carrying. Wonderful breakfast and very helpful hot tub to enjoy under the stars. Various beaches in about 10 min or so by bicycle.

- extremely nice location surrounded from olive trees, very quiet place to relax and with the car in only 10min at the beach - nice room with whirlpool - breakfast choice between sweet and salty (very rare in italy) - very nice hosts that make you feel at home

Poor value for money. Personally we were expecting better quality and consequently we were left with bad aftertaste but it depends what are the expectations. Swimming pool and area around not well kept and dirty. If you plan a romantic getaway please be aware that the space is small and walls are paper thin. We could hear guests next door - their conversations and tv. Hot water does not last long. Tv was not working. For that money we stayed later in 16th century masseria surrounded by vineyards… just as a comparison ( with breakfast included ). Please adjust the price to match the quality you provide …
