Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We were upgraded to a corner room junior suite. Very spacious and comfortable with walk-in closets and a comfortable sitting area. Close to central rail station. The Odeon restaurant in the hotel is very nice.

Hong KongThe hotel is good, but not great. The price is a little too high then expectation, but understandable for its proximity to the train station. But seems a little bit not worth.
Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Right opposite to the train station and metro makes it very convenient. Breakfast was pretty nice. Many coffee shops and restaurants around. Staff are generally nice and helpful.

United KingdomPlease see above! It was difficult getting the attention of the bar staff who were bot very attentive- perhaps that was because it was two females on their own and we weren’t important enough to merit attention!
Area is quite intimidating with local drug addicts not far away! The breakfast was a little disappointing as the hot food was nearly cold and the huices tasted as if they had been watered down! The coffee urn was broken and had ti be tiled by a member of staff!

We had the Jr suite for 5 days and the room was immaculate. Huge room and beautifully decorated, very comfy extra large bed, comfy couch, and chair. Provided quality toiletries daily. Qtips, fingernail file, face pads, oh and a sewing set, which I really needed being my strap to my dress broke. Maid service everyday. My husband would sit in the chair while enjoying his morning expresso, and people watch. Coffee and fridge. High ceilings with Amazing tall doors to the balcony. We loved it so much, we will stay at Starhotel wherever we travel that has one. Staff was just as Amazing as the room itself.

Location was great with access to Metro. While in an extremely busy and noisy area, our room was very quiet. All of the staff were polite and very helpful. The room a Was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water on demand.
