It is very loud at night with the restaurant below playing music. If you are a light sleeper it may be not the place for you.

Great location in the heart of the city. Easily walkable to everything including the train stain and the beach. It was clean and the staff were very responsive. Good value.

Location of the hotel is very convenient. The room was freshly renovated, very clean and nicely done.

My stay at That’s Amore Accommodation in Tropea was simply fantastic. The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of the historic center (Centro Storico), surrounded by charming restaurants and bars, and just a few steps away from a breathtaking sea view. The building itself has an authentic charm with a rustic courtyard that perfectly complements the surroundings. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and modern, making my stay very comfortable. I especially want to highlight the excellent service. Antonio and Federica, the hosts, were incredibly attentive and helpful, which made me feel very welcome. A real highlight was the à la carte breakfast, included in the price. It was such a pleasure to order everything fresh and as desired without a buffet. The That’s Amore restaurant is also worth mentioning, known for its amazing seafood dishes – a must for food lovers. Despite being in a lively area, the soundproofing in the room was excellent, so I didn’t hear any noise from outside. Overall, a wonderful place to experience Tropea. I would definitely come back

Everything was perfect, the host incredibly nice. The service was out of this world. Very good location, the view really nice. In the evening, there was a guy playing the guitar under our window :)

I loved my stay at That's Amore! The entrance was enchanting and old world but once you get inside it's all new amd modern with artistic touxhes everywhere. The room was so beautiful and looked newly remodeled with lovely painted murals and nicely selected sculptures and art! The bed was very new, so comfortable and was so much better than the ones I had at the airbnbs I stayed in while there. The room was nice and cool inside, and the towels were very soft and clean. I had all the amenities I needed for my stay including a steamer for my clothes. I also had plenty of hot water for my shower which I heard can be an issue in Tropea. The hotel is in the center of Tropea and in the perfect spot to go out and enjoy the town and was also close to the beach. I couldn't have asked for a better location! Antonio the owner was such a gracious host and always checking in to see if I had everything I needed for my stay. I also ate at his restaurant and the food was amazing and was recommended by the locals that lived there. The seafood is so fresh and delicious and they had live music there as well. The staff gave me incredible service and made my stay very warm and memorable. They made me feel like part of their family which was so nice as I was traveling solo. I will definitely stay there again and will recommend That's Amore to everyone going to Tropea!

The only tiny thing was at 6am the bottle bins from the restaurants on the street got emptied and it was quite loud!! Perhaps the windows could be soundproofed a bit better? I am a sleepy girl so this might not bother others who are early risers 😁

This place was simply fabulous!!! We had such a good time. Also, the owner is actually incredible. Her hospitality is really special. She made the trip for us :)… definitely be coming back! Breakfast at the cafe opposite was also so lovely, felt like a real Italian watching the world go by! 100% recommend this whole experience to everyone!

The noise. But we could expect it as it is located just around the corner of the main street. If you have a light sleep take the earplugs as it is wort to stay in this place;)

Accommodation in the heart of the old town. Really good location. The entrance with the old staircase... wow! The room was modern with lot of amenities included in the price. The croissant with pistachio cream for breakfast from the bar accross the street was delicious.

All good, except the hanging space is way too high to reach for a person of average height.

Lovely comfortable room right in the heart of Tropea town, 10 minute walk away from the seaside at the lower level. Powerful walk in shower, clean and stylish, comfortable bed and well sound proofed. Only 2 other rooms in the building, newly renovated and with a help yourself Dolce Gusto machine in the hallway. The manager ensured I was well looked after, provided extra provisions that were gluten free. Breakfast is at a cafe across the road. Would happily stay here again.

The staff and owner are unique people. The restaurant under the hotel offers high quality food. The renovated room has more amenities than expected. It offers the best location in Scalea. Truly, this hotel is a masterpiece.

The location is very central in an attractive pedestrian area but this does mean that the noise levels into the early hours are too high for sleep. It would be perfect for holiday makers who like to party late but doesn’t work for people such as myself who prefer to be tucked up in bed by midnight

Roberta who manages the accommodation and her sister who manages the adjacent restaurant were very helpful and welcoming. The location is extremely central.
