Shower area needs some cleaning. Mold growth is visible on exhaust fan cover, on cord for help, some grout lines and on floor at entrance to shower. The other areas of the apartment were very clean.

The floor in the kitchen was not very clean and it had a nasty carpet in a corner. The terrace is mentioned but it wasn’t intended to be used like one, I don’t think it was cleaned the last month. We stayed 4 nights, no cleaning services whatsoever, not even the trash can emptied.

Very minimal refreshment facilities in the room - fridge, kettle, 2 cups, 2 small glasses, 2 teaspoons and a coffee making machine (probably nice coffee but we didn't use it). Some small plates, bowls, cutlery, kitchen knife would have been handy as we enjoyed having breakfast and snacks on the balcony.

Fantastic location (1 block back from the beach front and one block form the shops & restaurants). Very secure. Lovely owner. On first floor with nice (small) balcony overlooking the street. No lift, but wasn't a problem for us visiting. We made good early morning use of the local pay & play tennis courts (2 x real clay and one excellent hard surface) on the front/ beach a couple of blocks walk away.

There were no toiletries, no shampoo, no shower cap, no bottled water and no welcome chocolate or cookies as indicated in the listing.

Anna is a wonderful host. She was always quick to respond. This was my second stay. Minutes from the beach and the main Centre. Room is vey clean, and bed was very comfortable. The balcony is a bonus.

Very clean and the bed was super comfy, everything is well set out, the wifi was great and apart from the limited car parking in this area as you would get with any place in the centre of pescara, you are literally right next to the beach, surrounded by bars and restaurants. The balcony is great to enjoy a morning coffee. Plus Anna was super responsive and helpful !!!!

During our stay the minus was the surrounding construction (demolition of the hotel) because it was very dusty. And the rubbish trucks taking away the rubbish at 4am. Other than that, we can reccommend this place for short stay.

Location ideal because close to the station (10 minutes walk) and very close to the sea. In September the beach was empty.

The location was perfect! A very short walk to the most beautiful beach we have ever seen! Located in the heart of downtown Pescara, busy with tourists at night. A wonderful area full of life, restaurants, cafes and shopping! Anna was a sweetheart, she was accommodating and the room was perfect and very clean!

I can't find anything negative to say about the apartment itself. The only little thing would be that it is located on the first floor and the elevator doesn't stop there (for whatever reason), so you have to carry your luggage over two flights of stairs when you arrive and when you leave.

We stayed in an apartment. The rooms were huge, the bed was very comfortable, the kitchen, well equipped. Everything was new, modern and up to the highest standards. Plus, the location is excellent, very close to the beach and to the center where all the stores and restaurants are. Bonus: there is no key! You get a code which opens all doors. That was a very nice surprise, it gives you freedom of movement and one less thing to worry about :). Our host, Anna was wonderful! Always very prompt to answer any question and to help in any way she could.
