Breakfast options were limited. Ideally adding a few extra options like eggs, fruits, salami, would be great.

Lovely accommodation in a very good convenient location. Nice swimming pool , spacious and well maintained grounds. The host was very friendly and helpful giving us lots of useful information about places to visit. Nice comfortable beds. The air con was great and highly needed.

Some of the rules and limitations imposed on guests are strange and they make a stay for more than one night (we stayed 4 nights) a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast is… really basic. Friendly and constructive suggestions for improvements: - a free access coffee machine or electric kettle in the room (or at least on the corridor). - some chairs and a table on the balcony. - access to the fridge for small food products (cheese, salami etc.) is necessary for longer stays (as ours) but this is not allowed. The owner explained that the police might be checking the fridge and they would give him a fine should they find guests’ food inside, because this is not allowed… only water and drinks. - pity that access to the swimming pool is not permitted after 19h. - breakfast is from 7:30 to 9:30 (which is very early for holidays, when people might prefer to wake up later). The choice, the quality and the quantity of products need to be revisited. Cheap supermarket products: industrial juices, butter, jam, plastic-wrapped croissants, nutella. No vegetables, no eggs… one slice of salami or cheese per person. Coffee is good.

Nice, clean place. The lake with its beach is at 5 min walk. Very nice swimming pool. Room is ok. The owner is nice.

It’s a very nice place. Lovely pool. Nice surroundings - pretty garden. Close to the lake (5-10 min Walk). Adriano was very kind and helpful.

Really disappointing breakfast of stale roll and cake. No fruit ham cheese etc. Really disappointing. Bedsheets didn't feel free each or clean.

The host does not speak much english. we had a nice balcony but no furniture.

nice and clean room with everything you need. . Better looking then the pictures at booking. short walk to the water and restaurants. simple but nice breakfast. great poolarea. Nice host.

Well, where to start? Full of prohibitions about the pool. No food or alcohol in the rooms, and consumption, subject to immediate ejection. Only 1 fridge accessible where only drinks are allowed. From where you have a small child like us and you are not allowed to give him anything to eat in the whole area except one table outside on the terrace it is very substandard. The dining room is locked with a combination lock!? Breakfast poor but the worst is the constant presence and control of the owner of what you take and eat. He is constantly sitting in the hallway or walking around and as soon as you get up from the table he is standing in the dining room checking what you are taking. He personally rations everything. Making a bigger coffe is not without comments and grimaces. No matter where you are in the accommodation you are always being watched. It's very unpleasant. The worst was checking out, my sister who had her own room with her family had her room checked as if she was leaving prison and it is humiliating. He came into our room when we hadn't taken all our things and luggage. After I asked him to wait outside until we were finished, he said he didn't mind, but at my request that it bothered me and we still had the room paid for, he started shouting at me "that it's his room, his house and he can do whatever he wants!" He became aggressive against me and I had to shout at him and evict him from the room so we could carry the rest of the stuff out. Luckily the owner was scared of me and left us alone so we could leave this horrible accommodation.

The house, rooms and location were fine.

Adriano really helps us have a wonderful stay in the Garda lake. We enjoy swimming in his pool and his accompany to visit the nearby towns by the electric bikes. He is full of passion about cooking and enjoys his life with all coming guests. Highly recommend!!!
