Disliked nothing · Loved everything about the Timpa Rooms :)

The Timpa rooms Guest house is a fantastic place to stay!! Its all modernised with tasteful boutique decor and brand new facilities including a fully decked out kitchen and really well pointed bathroom. Bed was excellently comfortable as were the bed linens and towels. The air conditioning worked very well too. Its location is a 5 minute walk to the old town centre of Pizzo with its many Brasseries and open air restaurants so easy to dine out here in a beautiful Italian Cosmopolitan atmosphere! Breakfast you are given a token which you walk to this town centre to a coffee Bar and present this token and you are given the most delicious croissant and cappuccino ever! We had a super amazing view outside our room balcony with the town's old castle right next to us and a view of the amazing sea and beach right in front of us. The host was super nice too especially when he met with us upon arrival and was ready as he promised to open his garage next door to put our classic motorcycles in there too - FOR FREE!! This is also very popular with cyclists too as we met a couple touring southern Italy staying at this guest house there. Easy access to Pizzo and the Timpa Rooms guest house from the main Italian autostrada was a bonus for us on our motorcycles too! This was a dream stay for sure and we will be back once again :)

Travelling through half Italy by bicycle and staying in various accommodations, this was for us the best and most outstanding BnB. Super friendly and helpful host. The rooms were spotless clean, the interior design was beautiful and stylish, well-equipped and comfortable. The views of the rooftop terrace were stunning. Breakfast was in a cafe on the main square.(coffee+cornetto)

Only drawback, by no fault of the host ofcourse, was the renovation of the street around the house, which caused some early morning noise.

Gorgeous apartment with a great view. Nice high ceilings, a balcony with seaview and a large patio. Super comfortable bed, good shower. We liked the design furniture. We had a kitchen and made our own meal to eat on the balcony. But there are plenty of restaurants around the corner. Fairly quiet at night, we had the window open. Host allowed us to park our bicycles in his garage, super. Host was kind and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

The location is amazing, especially if you make use of the roof terrace in which you could spend hours relaxing and enjoying the view. The owner was very helpful and kind. He let us use his garage to lock up our 2 motorcycles for a small fee. Breakfast was a simple italian breakfast at a nearby cafeteria.

An exceptional apartment right in the middle of Pizzo with the most spectacular view from the balcony and a panoramic view from the terrace rooftop. We were only here for 2 nights but it was the perfect end to our time in Italy and we wish we could’ve stayed longer. The main bedroom was spacious and we used one of the murphy beds in the kitchen/living area. The shower had THE BEST water pressure and heat we experienced in Italy and the kitchen had almost all of the facilities we needed for our stay (did need to buy a corkscrew). The host was easy and friendly to work with. We recommend Pepe Nero for excellent seafood and Dante’s and Ercole for gelato/tartufo.

Central location, accomidating host, all the room essentials you would expect from a boutique hotel — plus, additional nice touches: a beach umbrella we could use for the day, a lovely roof top terrace with a sunset view, and a safe place to park our bikes overnight.

It has a nice garage, with different keys I think and a bit of a 'funky' opening process. Might want to offer instruction to potential visitors for those doors, AND for the exact location, which was a bit confusing via Apple map directions. But, hey...nothing is perfect, and once we were there, and in, it was perfect on all levels.

A wonderful little apartment centrally located only steps from the town plaza. Great view of the coastline, too, and a spectacular view. deck for gazing at stars in the evening. The interior, bed, bathroom and kitchenette were all new, and had nice design elements. Just a great stay, all around.

Right under the balcony is small piazza where park all motorbikes. The windows are sound proof, but for the ones who are bit sensitive it can be problem. Nevertheless our kid slept without problems:) Breakfast shouldn't be included in the price, it take place in one nearby bar, where they offer just some low-quality pastry and coffee. We tried it only once.

Great location with amazing view from our balcony and marvellous view from shared terrace. Mario is great host and respond in matter of moments. Shared also garage with us!

Excellent location in centre with superb views, all very helpful, lovely balcony, used owners garage. Just very very good. Breakfast was in nearby cafe which was different but all good!

Getting to the location by car was difficult. Navigating the roads in the old town even with CarPlay was difficult. Finding parking close by was also difficult.

Excellent location in the old town of Pizzo. A sea view. Very modern decor.

This property is in the best location in the old town in Pizzo. Beautiful view overlooking the water and the castle. Incredibly beautiful and comfortable apartment. Nothing is missed. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Mario is very helpful with any problems!

This B&B is in an amazing location, facing a quiet historic square with the sea view. Elegant design interiors, super comfortable bed, impeccably clean. Mario is one of the kindest hosts I've seen. I'll definitely come back.

Unbelievably good location. Room was spacious and clean. We really loved our stay, wish could have had more days to enjoy the terrace more. One of the best experiences I have had on booking.com, really great value for money.

Very clean, comfortable and modern apartments. Centrally located overlooking a square with an impressive view. Mario the host is always there to help you out with the itinerary and suggestions. Highly recommended !

We did our best during quiet hours, but the doors are loud.

This was a great location and very clean and comfortable. All questions were responded to immediately. Everyone in our group was able to have their own space.
