Beautiful, clean, new accommodation with a shared very well equipped kitchen. Easy check-in, locked parking. In front of the room there is a terrace with seating, deck chairs and a view of the landing paragliders. What more could you ask for? We were very satisfied, we will come again :)

I found the loud beep the other guests door locks made a bit disturbing late at night but it wouldn’t stop me returning to this lovely property.

Spotlessly clean and comfortable with good facilities for keeping and cooking food. The hosts couldn’t do enough to make sure everything was ok. Only a short 5 minute walk to the Garden Relais landing field if you are a Paraglider pilot.

Exceptional stay – every little detail was perfect! 🌟 From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with homemade cookies and a glass of prosecco – such a thoughtful touch! 🥂🍪 The apartment was spotless, cozy, and truly well taken care of. We were amazed by the attention to every detail – from wine stoppers to mosquito repellent, everything was provided for maximum comfort. Even towels were changed during our stay, which is rare and very appreciated! And for paragliders – the location is unbeatable: just 100 meters from the landing zone! 🪂 To the host: huge thank you and warmest hugs! 💛 We felt at home and will definitely return. Highly recommended!

This is probably the best accommodation I've ever had on booking.com. The host was very friendly, communicated proactively and even gave us free local Prosecco and desserts. The property is recently renovated and everything is very nice, clean and works as it should. The kitchen is shared among all guests but there were no issues with sharing. The place is very quiet and it's possible to sleep both with the window open or with the A/C. It's right at the paragliding landing. We've hade it at a bargain price, perhaps it was an introductory price for a new listing.

Response time - as it was a self-service place with no physical staff on site, it took some time to resolve. The air conditioning did not work and was only fixed after we left.

It could just be me, but I could not make the mini-split AC get as cold as I would like it.

Beautiful facility in a fantasticly convenient location for paragliding. Very clean, very nice facility for a single traveller (2 guys in 2 separate rooms). Did not meet the proprietors in person, but all communications were timely, accurate, and informative. Definitely recommended for the right circumstances.

The house is absolutely stunning. So clean and spacious. It was the best place we stayed in this area by far. The host is super friendly and helpful. Location is 2min away from the paragliding landing field so for the paragliders is a dream location. You can check in late with code for the main gate and the safe box for the key card. It is a very easy recommendation from us.
