The toilet ceiling is a bit low (we knew it in advance), but manageable. Didn't know where the house garbage bins are, had to leave our flat bin full when checking out.

It was the best place we stayed in north Italy. Really appreciated check in at 12 and check out before 11. The flat is spacious, the kitchenette functional, and welcoming with some breakfast goods. Right in the centre of old town, in a historical building, but comfortably renewed inside. We felt quite safe.

It was indicated that the property has no elevator, but it was not indicated that our room is on the 5th floor. Also, the stairs were painted black so we really had to pay attention while descending. The shower felt a bit small, but for one night it didn't matter much.

They prepared us complimentary water and snacks and the location was amazing, bed was comfortable too. It was just like on the pictures.

The room was on 7th floor, really tiring to get up there with no elevator. The corridor was claustrophobic, I did not feel too well there. The area was not too pleasant, I was a but scared at nights. The staff was unresponsive

The lady that took care of the place was really nice and friendly. Location is excellent. Bed was comfortable. Well equipped with cups, coffee machine & coffee pods, and toiletries. Interesting ceilings. There is no elevator, just stairs. If you have young kids or older folks or even heavier bags, just check if they have rooms on the lower floors first. They will help accommodate if they can.

My room was on the sixth floor without an elevator, walking up was expected but still resulted in a bit of a workout. The torre (tower) staircase is narrow and I did fall down when the lights automatically timed out. There were no responses to my questions and messages on the Booking.com app on how to store my luggage since I was arriving early. There is luggage storage available if you can find the woman looking after the rooms.

Excellent location in the heart of the Old Town. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The woman who looked after the rooms was very nice and warm.

Get ready for an exercise if you get a higher floor than the 2nd floor because the stairs are very steep so wouldn’t recommend for anyone with a mobility issue

Old town in genua is not very visited, shops close early and gives a scary feeling at night.

Small kitchen, fridge, good ac, big room, ceiling paintings. Good if you want to explore old town.

The street smells all the time & you can't open the window cause there's a lot of noise outside, especially late at night. Internet service is not good in the hotel but they give you the wifi password which is really good.

The painting on the ceiling was nice, the location is close to the port & piazza de ferrari. Everything you need is in the room. Room is comfy.
