It would have been helpful to have more details about nearby restaurants and a wider breakfast selection (e.g., Greek yogurt, cheese, deli meats). Be aware: the street and steps leading up from the "lungomare" are very steep — this wasn’t mentioned beforehand. Thankfully our luggage was manageable, but it could be difficult for those with heavy bags or mobility concerns.

Self check-in was very easy thanks to the very clear videos sent by the host. The room was comfortable and quiet, AC was convenient and effective, and the bathroom very well decorated and comfortable. Ok breakfast (coffee was good!).

We were treated like royalty, 5 star service. everything was polished down to the smallest detail. the place was super safe. Special thanks for the laundry service, which we didn't expect. The breakfast cornetto was not so great compared to the ones at nearby cafes.

Erica gave excellent video instructions on how to get into the apartment. The room was very modern, clean and comfortable. Erica also came by to make coffee in the morning, which was very good. To be honest, I’d rather get my own breakfast at my leisure. Also there are some many great cafes with excellent pastries, etc. I guess I could have done that instead.

The place is better than the pictures shown. It is very well located to visit Reggio on foot. Self check-in is available if required. Place to park the car in case you need it. A/C, toiletries included. Breakfast is included with a delicious cornetto. The talk with Erika in the morning, who manages the B&B, makes the stay even better. The place and Reggio was a surprise - we will definitely come back to this place.

If you go to Italy, go to Reggio Calabria. If you go to Reggio Calabria, stay at Tre Fontane. Located near everything but just far away enough to feel secluded. The terrace was a big bonus and nights spent here where very relaxing. I was offered a pick up from the airport by Tre Fontane, which saved a lot of trouble having to organise a taxi and especially as my flight was delayed and arrived late. And cheap too. Sophia was the best hostess, and each morning, it was a pleasure to speak to her and help improve her English. And my Itialian a tiny bit! I will come back to Reggio as I love it and of course I will have to stay at Tre Fontane!

The hosts were amazing! Even for the last-minute booking that I did (within the same day), they were able to accomodate me needs and everything. Good responding. The direct steps to the center make it very accesible from everywhere and the castle is literraly 5 min. away

The place was super clean, spacious, bright, lovely décor, central to all the main sites. Mattress was super comfortable. Room was easy to get to and from train station, as we did not have a car. Vincenzo, our host, was exceptional and knowledgeable. He was helpful in guiding us on how to set up day trip to Aspromonte National Park, where to eat, best gelaterias. He was respectful and looked after us very well. The breakfast was excellent and copious. Great restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend without reservation. Would definitely return to Tre Fontane.
