Very clean accomodation with really accommodating host when we had a hiccup with getting a double bed instead of a twin. Absolutely incredible views from the common balcony. Breakfast was super delicious.

Was very close to shops, restaurants, station, and the main city centre. The hosts were very accomodating, and made our stay very welcoming. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The single room had a shared balcony (inner view) with the reception area, not a big issue as it can be locked but the main problem was that it was really dirty as if there was some work around previously, and smoke was in the trash tray. Yet I believe that other upper room on other side which have private balcony facing the sea would have really good view, unfortunately i didn't have that. The air condition was also almost not providing any cold air as I was alone there and it was still hot inside even when i switched it to the max.

The location is great being within few minutes away from the seaside and the main street. The host also was trying to help which is good. Breakfast starts from 7:30, was kind of okay.

The room showed signs of wear but overall bathroom and room was clean. We rented three rooms and one of our travel companions experienced noisy guests next door to their room but otherwise we had a pleasant and uneventful stay at the property.

Very adequate accomodations for a two night stay in Reggio Calabria. Definitely enjoyed having the balcony. The breakfast was good and the host made everyone coffee each morning. We had a rental car so we also appreciated the ability to have a private parking space at the property. The building seems to also have other residences and businesses but the area for Trip Room and Breakfast was secure and we had no issues with access to the building or the lodging accomodations.

The room was quite alert. You could hear the neighbours having a shower. Our room was next to the streets so it was not completely quiet at night.a

We stayed here for one night and booked the room last minute which was not a problem for the host. There is the opportunity to pay for a parking spot in the garage (10,00€/night). We would totally suggest to take this option as it seems not the safest thing to park the car in the streets. The room was clean and modern. There was also a terrace and a common room. A little breakfast is included.

Nothing about the property, but don’t get a taxi from the airport! They will rip you off big time

The mattress is quite soft but this might be my personal preference for something firmer, breakfast selection could be slightly improved (savoury selection such as bread or ham instead of just sweet croissants).

The staff were excellent and friendly, location is great too (10min walk from the city centre or the pathway next to the sea), great value for money and big bathroom. The host heard an alarm coming from one of the rooms on one morning and called us to make sure we were fine etc (although we weren’t the ones needing assistance) - they really made sure we were comfortable and happy.

The walls and doors very thin, so you can easily hear what is happening in other rooms and in the common areas.

The room was very nice and tidy with a small balcony. View from the tarrace in breakfast area is just great. Overall the guesthouse is located perfectly to explore Calabria. Guys running the property are very helpfull and support with each simple thing. We enjoyed our stay pretty much :)
