The sisters that run this property are amazing - friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was quiet and comfortable, they provided a shuttle service, made us breakfast and even checked on our flight and made sure we found our place to check in at the airport. We will always try to book here when we are coming or going from The airport. And it doesn't hurt that it is a short walk to the beach and some great restaurants...

Host’s fabulous so helpful and accommodating. Location 10/10, having a shuttle to the airport terminal made it stress free and so easy. Apartment was super clean and tidy, which had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Very clean, great bathroom! Good location close to airport and good restaurants. The host’s, Elvira and Paula were fantastic. They will pick you up, and take you back to airport. Very genuine and they care about their guests stay!

Clear communication prior to arrival. Last minute flexibility with airport shuttle and check in when our flight was changed. The shuttle to and from the airport was so smooth and easy. Property location was great - a nearby pizzeria was open late and supermarket open early in the morning to buy food for breakfast and onward travel. Paola was very kind and a pleasure to chat with. Would definitely book again for future trips.

We were grateful for the tea, coffee, and kettle provided in the room. The only thing that would perfect the stay would be a simple breakfast, but that was easily solved with the excellent supermarket a few-minute walk away.

Cute well maintained property like the setup and location is fantastic.

Paola, our host, was very helpful and a true delight. She graciously took us to return our rental car the night before our flight home and drove us to the airport again in the morning.

We've stayed with Paola several times before and will do so again. She's incredibly helpful and authentic and her property is very nice. It's a perfect preflight or postfligst stay before you start your adventure. Her airport shuttle is extremely nice and takes that big worry completely away.

There is nothing not to like. There are some restaurants to walk to, a beach to stroll on, and you're close to the airport.

We stayed in Fiumicino because our flight was cancelled. This was a delightful stay, the staff were so kind and they host drove us to the airport the next morning. The location is quiet and private and just a short walk to the lido where we had a wonderful dinner on the waterfront. Also, it had the most comfortable bed of all during our 18-day trip of Sicily!

We chose this accommodation because it was close to the airport & offered transport to & from the airport. The rooms are all on ground level which was great & our room faced the sun with a table & chairs outside. Paola & Elvira are great hosts & gave us information about local restaurants & the beach which is a 10 minute flat stroll away. The bed was comfortable & the wifi was reliable. There was a fridge in the room & when we asked for bowls & plates it was no problem to get them. We were also given towels for the beach. We felt looked after in a homely environment. The transport to & from the airport was fantastic for us & much appreciated.

This was a gem! Ground floor accommodation, good communication, clean room, and the airport shuttle was fantastic. We were so glad to stay here on our last night in Rome before an early flight - we had a short walk to the beach for sunset, and dinner nearby. Paola was wonderful and helpful with recommendations. Close to restaurants and a supermarket. We would definitely recommend for a relaxing night!

Warm and welcoming hosts. Free airport shuttle. Clean and renovated room. Loved the shower! A few blocks walk to the beach, restaurants and store. Quiet location. 15 minutes to airport by car.

Beautiful and very clean place, Paula and Elvira were Fantastic and the transfer to the Airport was a super plus.

Paula our host went over and beyond our expectations, fantastic in every way. When we arrived with our hire car on the afternoon before our flight home she offered to go with us to drop the hire car straight away then take us to the airport the following morning for our flight hassle free. The position of the accommodation is great 10 minutes from airport and 10 minute walk to beach and some great restaurants. The room was a good size, very clean and comfortable with a great shower. Wi-Fi was fast and efficient. We have to give Un Passo dal Mare and Paula 5 stars and a 10 out of 10 rating. Thank you for looking after us so well and making the end of our 5 week trip unforgettable it was much appreciated.

Everything was perfect

Fantastic service from the Free Shuttle to and from the airport, to the super clean and comfortable room complete with Netflix, water and coffee making facilities. Could not have asked for more.
