The property is down a cul de sac and therefore appears off the beaten track yet is only a few paces from piazza della Signoria and the uffizzi. Great location ! There is a beautiful cafe opposite the entrance with delicious pastries and coffee for breakfast . The concierge welcomed us warmly and gave us some great food location tips away from the crowds . Thank you

Room a little small.

Good location. Facilities in room topped up daily.....tea/coffee and water/cans of coke in fridge. Nice large shower. Lots of local restaurants. Close to major attractions.

This property is in a great location, within walking distance to everything you need in Florence. The man who greeted us upon arrival was extremely friendly and welcoming, providing all of the relevant information for our stay! The room was much bigger than expected which was amazing. It was also bright and clean. The drinks fridge being fully stocked was also a great addition. Thank you for a great stay!

The beds and bedsheet were not the cleanest, there was a restaurant in the same building and the room would smell like cooking throughout the day.

Honestly the room (standard double) was a lot more tired than they look in the original photos advertised. The bathroom needed re doing and also had mascara splashes down the door. For the money I won’t be rushing back.

The room was centrally located with everything you needed for a short stay in Florence. Fresh towels and soap was provided everyday, including a top up of water and coffee. The rooms are well sound proofed too.

Would appreciate a better hair dryer and more shower gel/shampoo

The stuff was very nice, check-in/check-out was effortless, in addition to that received some useful recommendations about the city, restaurants, etc. Locations of the apartment couldn´t be better. Super central, but without much noise. Cleaning services were provided daily. The room looked relatively newly renovated and well equipped (TV, coffee machines, small fridge, and most importantly AC/heating)

Good location. Close to major touristic points. Need some improvement, better quality towels, etc. The staff were very courteous. They need to add a better signage outside the property, as it is impossible to understand the location because outside there is a small plaque saying that is a B&B facility. Very difficult to identify when you arrive tired to this small piazza.

We had a room right next to the main entrance and when people came back late at night, we could hear them very well. So if you have problems sleeping, it might not be a perfect match for you.

Really loved our stay! The people working at the place were extremely nice and friendly. The room was very clean and everything was new. The location is perfect, if you want to be close to the main tourist attractions.

The property markets itself as a bed and breakfast, but there wasn't any breakfast available. Easily remedied since there are a lot of nearby shops for food. Also, if you watch TV, it only had Italian channels, but it's also not a problem if you have Netflix/other streaming sites.

The location was the best thing about the property. It's a 2-5 minute walk to the Palazzo Vecchio, Uffizi, and Ponte Vecchio. There's a restaurant right outside (Buca Poldo). It's a 10-15 minute walk to Galleria dell'Academia, and a 20-30 minute walk to Firenze SMN Station (maybe longer if you have heavy luggage with you). It's also close to the main shopping street. Despite the proximity to popular sites, it's quiet because it's located along a side street. It wasn't too difficult to find the property since there was a sign. Checkin was on the 3rd floor and the staff were friendly and could speak English. We were assigned to a room on the 5th floor. There's an elevator that fit 2 people and 2 large luggages. Property was safe since only occupants could enter via key and it was well lit at night. The room was clean and spacious. We had enough space to open 1 large luggage at a time. Housekeeping cleaned the room everyday and refilled the coffee pods and tissue if you ran out. Overall, would definitely stay again! Amazing value for money. If you have heavy luggage with you, just book a taxi from the airport/train station to get to the property. It'll be difficult to drag luggages along cobblestone.

The bathroom had two shower heads: one from the ceiling and one that you can hold in your hand. The one attached to the ceiling was not possible to activate. I asked the staff about it. They fixed it for one day and after that again it wasn't possible to use it. Depending on the room you get it can be terribly noisy or just noisy. I suppose it's the tradeoff you get for being right in the centre of the historic centre of Florence. They don't have soundproof windows. That would have helped a lot.
