This is a great property with all amenities required for a great holiday. so close to the funicular that getting to como was quick and easy.

Beautiful stay! One of the best of our holiday. Gorgeous apartment in a fantastic location, right on the funicular in Brunate. Paola was a wonderful host, incredibly friendly. The apartment had great facilities and a beautiful view. 10/10, will most definitely be back to stay here :)

The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Brunate itself is a mountain village with lovely views of the lake and about a 15 minute drive up the mountain from Como. It is a quiet community but there are cafes and restaurants to explore. The funicular was not in operation during our stay, which was a disappointment, but we hired a car so we were able to get around.

No self check in option. A bit chilly in September inside the appartment due to italian heating legislation and lack of carpets on the floor.

The appartment is large, clean and cozy. The owners were friendly and helped us with great suggestions for our trip. The views from Brunate are breathtaking. Also, the access via Funicolare is great.

Without a car, you need to use the funiculare to get to Como and back. Cable car is very popular at times due to the beautiful scenery and you may have to queue for long to get on the transport.

Clean, spacious, well equipped, unique location. Funiculare trip up to Brunate is very scenic. It’s nice to have coffee and tea available. Kitchen also has spices etc to use.

Lost reception at the Brunate, therefore lost connection to maps to guide me to the apartment. But I called host and managed to let know where Im and they came to see me and guided to the parking. Tip for everyone-always let your host know when you are coming and where you are so they can expect a call from you, as our host was ready for us. I was happy I told them where we are and how long it will take to get to them while I had reception.

Host was friendly, location - mesmerising. Apartment clean,spacious, neighbourhood quiet and friendly. Host exceeded my expectations, explained to us where we can eat, shop,get to town etc. Bed was as comfy as at home, first time ever I was able to fall asleep in new location straight away. Facilities had all we needed, host had snacks for us and main things for cooking. Clean and plenty of towels for all of us. This was the best apartment we ever stayed at, and the best holiday we had. We love Brunate, lake Como and Italy. Thank you for your friendliness and warm welcome❤️

Brunate is amazing place on earth! From breathtaking views to cozy restaurants with delicious food and drinks! The apartment was so great that we felt we can't wish for more! Excellent location! Extremely nice host! Very clean and with everything you need. Includes a reserved parking too. We highly recommend it! We are very grateful we booked it for our Italian vacation. Thank you again!

Spectacular location high above Como reached by a spectacularly twisty and sometimes narrow road. Good, secure parking spot provided by the owner.

Very good communication with friendly hosts who met us to show us the property. Location was perfect for us because we loved Brunate when we visited Como before. Very close to the funicular yet still very private and away from the crowd. Extremely well-equipped apartment - a pleasure to spend time in.

We couldn’t imagine a better place to stay during our trip to Como Lake. The apartament was absolutely perfect. Really good location, close to funicolare station and viewpoints, apartament got even more than we needed and was really cozy and super clean. The hosts were helpful, waited for us on the day of arrival and explained how to get to Como, to the shops and restaurants. We wish we could stay here longer and definitely recommend!

Via Funicolare is a great place to stay in Brunate. Wonderful narrow streets, beautiful, comfortable apartment and nice owners - a wonderful place!

This is not about the apartment but a little tip for staying in Brunate for a few days. If you plan on taking the Funicolare to and from Brunate I would recommend buying a few round trip tickets at a time. The lines for tickets can get really long so buying multiple will save some time.

We really liked how spaceoius the apartment was and how everything was well thought through. The host was super friendly, accommodating, and generous. The proximity to the Funicolare was incredible. Just a couple steps. Amazing view of the church and lighthouse through the balcony. Everything seemed new and clean. Great number of windows are all open allowing for excellent circulation. The low beds for children were also very convenient. there were also a number of board games that we enjoyed with the children. we really appreciated the snacks and coffee selection. excellent quality sheets and comfortable beds.Roomy shower. really nice to have a washing machine. The area of course, was also amazing and one-of-a-kind. we were super pleased to have chosen this location.
