Comfortable and cozy room, in perfect location to explore and hang around in the heart of the historic center. Located in a typical beautiful narrow street of old Florence, just few minutes walk to plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops, terraces etc. Everything in the room worked very well and having a private bathroom is of course always a big plus. Was well clean too!

The location was amazing, the self check in was easy and the host was responsive to us.

Although it’s clearly listed to have stairs and no elevator, we majorly underestimated the stairs. Very difficult to get up with our luggage. This was advertised appropriately, but definitely something to consider if you have mobility issues or a lot of luggage. I do think the space could have been cleaner.

Walls are very tiny, there was almost no natural light in the room. Room looks better on the photos.

Location is fantastic, the room is just as described, the bed is comfortable. It was easy to communicate with the property managers. Check in and out were easy and fast.

I would have liked a change of towels.

The apartment is in an excellent location, within walking distance of the train station and close to all the main attractions.

The shower was a bit clogged, so I had to set it to a gentle flow.

The stairs are a little bit painful! But everything else great!!

It was good only in terms of location.

First of all, the toilet in this room had issues. When washing your hands, the drain was clogged, causing water to accumulate. Secondly, the bathroom had no lighting at all, so you had to shower in complete darkness. Additionally, the room had no ventilation, making the air unpleasant and causing a bad odor. Lastly, the narrow and terrifying stairs were a major concern, as you could easily fall while carrying a suitcase. And most importantly, the staff had a rude attitude and responded in an unpleasant manner.

The location is good, close enough to everything we would like to do in the city. The room itself is good enough for two for basic needs - sleep and bathroom.

For the price it is what it is, but the room was a little smelly, need ventilation or simething. A little vit of moth in the shower.

This was our 7th booking.com rental this trip. ALL the others we either paid in advance through booking.com, or paid in person upon checkin. This one was unique: you MUST pay by credit card ONLINE using their own link, BEFORE ARRIVAL, because NO ONE IS THERE. This key information was BURIED with vague wording in the several emails from the company (which has a different name than the property), including annoying sales pitches for their Instagram feed and their tours. After we arrived at the property, we wasted over an hour searching through days-old emails trying to figure this out, and to call and message the hosting company, with a weak cell signal, hanging out the window in the stairwell. They didn't answer the phone, they didn't answer messages immediately. Eventually we got a response. Did they regret our inconvenience? No, they said only "that's why we told you to check in 3 days ago". And that's not the only check-in hassle. You MUST enter your personal info ONLINE too (remember there is no staff onsite). To put in your date of birth, you MUST click on the little calendar which shows the current month and offers to let you back up one month at a time. Well, I'm 67, my wife is 60, so we had to click the back button (60 + 67) X 12 = 1,524 times, once for each month of our lives. Then click it 120 more times to put in our passport expiration dates five years from now. This software SUCKS. This whole check-in process SUCKS. We'll never get that time back. Yes, we finally got into the tiny room with the plastic folding chair. The location is good.

The location was great, room was clean, although very tiny..

Very narrow stairs, uncomfortable to move.

Host was happy to let us arrive outside their normal hours which made our lives easy. Good air conditioning unit & wall hooks to air clothes

The position near almost everything

The shower is very small and there is no light. It might also be a struggle to move in with larger luggage, luckily we traveled with backpacks only, so the tight staircase was not a problem at all.
