    One bedroom was close to the street and was a bit noisy.

    Amazing view, very clean and Giovanna is a super friendly, helpful and responsive hostess

    No fault of the owners, but the road to the property was intermittently closed undergoing road works … when they are finished the access to the villa will be even better!

    It was a great property for a family of 6 including 2 couples, at a much more reasonable price than many others. The photos don’t do it justice. A huge balcony to sit out on and enjoy the views. All the rooms were a great size, two bedrooms en-suite and a third bathroom were perfect, and a separate small balcony for one of the bedrooms ❤️. Peppe and his wife were the perfect hosts and provided an extra sofa bed which worked perfectly. We had a bigger hire car so to be able to have good safe parking was important and just 10m away from the villa was perfect, so the villa was very easy to access. The views were uninterrupted heaven, and evening light just beautiful. Peppe was so helpful and reassuring and kindly stayed up late when our plane was delayed and our car hire had closed. A huge cake, fresh fruit, milk and water in the fridge were a beautiful welcome. Thank you! With a cafe which sold snacks (paninis etc) until 11:30pm, a supermarket 5 mins walk and local pizza restaurant 15 mins walk it was very easy to settle in on our first day! Easy drives to Pompeii, Herculaneum, Naples, Sorrento. Cheap parking down in town behind the garage by the train/bus station saved the walk! All made for a relaxing holiday enjoyed by all! Thank you again.

    The hospitality of Giovanna and her family made our stay memorable and really enjoyable. Included in the breakfast are home baked cakes. It was a very clean place with amazing view. Convenient parking space, quiet. Thank you!

    Fantastic B&B, by far one of the best places we’ve stayed at. Giovanna & Peppe were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The best hosts ever! They drove us up and down several times as we did not have a vehicle. The room was spotless clean and the view was breathtaking. Basically a piece of paradise on a beautiful hill in Vico Equense!

    the villa is far enough away from the beach. You will definitely need a car, but the view definitely compensates for this moment. There are only paid beaches in the vicinity. Although after covid this applies to almost all the beaches in this region.

    I felt as if I had gone to visit good friends we had not seen for a long time. The view is breathtaking. The breakfasts are delicious. The room is big bright and cleaned every day. Joanna, Victoria and Peppe will help you with advice and guide you to the most beautiful places and the most delicious restaurants.

    From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views that surrounded the property. The villa is perched on a hill, offering panoramic vistas of rolling hills, lush greenery, and a picturesque coastline. Our stay at this villa was nothing short of extraordinary. The stunning views, excellent homemade breakfast, and the exceptional hospitality provided by the host made it an unforgettable experience.

    Great accomodation, clean and well equiped room, big terrace with superb view over Vesuviu and the sunset! Very nice host, ready to help us with everything! Good italian breakfast, the host baked every day a new type of cookie for us! Free parking. Great food in Vico Equense!

    The owners were very friendly. It was great fun going on the back road into town. However if you are not a good walker you will need a car or take taxis. The owner was very helpful. Would stay here again. Spectacular views and local charm. The room was perfect with the balcony overlooking the water and coast.

    Nothing bad about this

    Unbelievable position. Perfect facilities. Perfect hosts. Lovely breakfast. Do not miss. The town nearby is fantastic and has a nice feel about it. Make Sure you have a car. And the smaller the better. It’s a long walk from the town.
