Everything was exceptional — from the property to the location and the hosts!

We had a great stay at this super clean and newly renovated place! It’s in a perfect location — walking distance to the center and the beautiful La Cinta beach. Loved all the little touches like the outdoor freezer, beach umbrella, foot-washing fountain, and even a sink outside to rinse fruit or dishes. The private outdoor space was great for relaxing. Andrea was a fantastic host and gave us great local tips.

Incredible hosts! The property was great and had everything we needed. Walkable to the town of San Teodoro and so close to many of Sardinia’s great beaches. Would recommend to anyone!

The room is very nice, modern, with a large bathroom and a lot of space in the shower, which was very important for us. The terrace is a big plus, being a very good place to enjoy a cold drink in the afternoon or evening, overlooking the garden. The location of the villa is also very good. You can reach the city center in a few minutes on foot, and the beach very quickly by car. Also a big plus are the beach accessories, such as parasols, deck chairs and so on, which the owner puts at your disposal. And last but not least, the owner, a very friendly person, more than dedicated to showing you places to visit or where you can eat very well or enjoy a delicious ice cream. We highly recommend the villa and looking foreword to go there next year.

Andrea was very accommodating and friendly, making sure we were comfortable and provided great advice of the local and wider area of things to do, visit and eat. The place is quiet and relaxing but still only a short walk from both the beach and the centre of the small town.

The property was on a quiet street 500m from the centre of the town. There is a parking space too. Andrea was an exceptional host and gave us many recommendations for dinner/tours etc. The room itself was spotless and really modern. The AC was great and honestly I think the bed was the comfiest I have ever slept in lol!! Would 10000% recommend!

A few things would really help improve the comfort of the room: blackout blinds as the street lights across the street are extremely bright at night & brightens the room, and a blanket for the bed- there was only a sheet on the bed.

Friendly host, nice space with private outdoor deck with chairs. Very clean. Good location, walking to several beaches & town.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Villa Berenike in Sardinia, and I cannot say enough about how wonderful the experience was. The villa itself is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located, but what truly made my stay unforgettable was the host, Andrea. Andrea is the best host I have ever had—warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, always available to help and full of great recommendations. You can tell he takes great pride in both the villa and in making his guests feel at home. If you are visiting Sardinia, I cannot recommend Villa Berenike and Andrea highly enough. Thank you, Andrea, for making my trip so special—I look forward to returning!

The villa’s location is exceptional, a short walk to both San Teodoro town centre as well as the beautiful La Cinta beach. The room is equipped with all possible modern facilities, an open terrace to relax and wind down after a day at the beach or exploring. Andre is an excellent host who checks in regularly on your comfort during the stay, explains and answers all questions on San Teodoro and provides the best local restaurant recommendations which we highly appreciate.

The location was very close to the town, and beach. The rooms were all newly fitted with modern showers, smart tv, and extremely comfy beds. Andrea was also a very accommodating host, showing us the best places to visit, best beaches, and gave recommendations on where to eat.

Honestly, nothing bad to say—everything was just great!

Amazing room with a great balcony. The house itself is beautiful and located in a quiet area, with dedicated parking spots for each room—which is a huge plus. The hosts were fantastic, offering helpful tips and making sure we had everything we needed. We especially appreciated having a fridge in the room, and even more so the shared freezer outside, where each room has a designated drawer. This was perfect for storing coolers and other items. The overall experience was excellent, and we would definitely choose this accommodation again if we return.

this property was modern and clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was perfectly situated on a quiet road close to the beach and close to the centre of town. We also really appreciated the use of the beach umbrella and beach towels.

The best place to stay in Sardinia. The host was very welcoming, explained the whole San Teodoro and shared recommendations. The person care for the guests was impeccable! On top of that, the host asked for advice how to improve; it is very apparent they are looking to make this the best place to stay in San Teodoro. However, this drive to improve the villa has definitely made it the best place to stay in San Teodoro, and maybe whole Sardinia.

The room is newly finished, clean and has a very nice outside space to sit in the mornings and evenings. The location is perfect with walking distance to the center and even to the beach. Andrea, the host, was very responsive and answered all questions very quickly. Gave great recommendations and in general is a very nice person. We were very happy with our stay!

I think it would be nice to have beach towels at one's disposal. Also, it would be great if there was a full length mirror in the room.

Don't see these as didn't likes, maybe just tips on how to improve, hooks to hang towels on in bathroom, a toilet roll holder, maybe some sort of small table in wardrobe room to put bags/cases on so off floor. Nice cups for coffee machine. None of this would stop us staying here again.

High end boutique style room with private bathroom and terrace, all.with modern fittings. Very comfortable bed, coffee machine, very nice modern bathroom. There is a shared area outside to prepare food but we eat out. 15 minutes walk to beach (small supermarkethalf way there), 8 minute walk to lovely centre which is very buzzing at night with people. Good quiet sleep.on both nights. Host very helpful with various answers to questions over the time we stayed. Would love to stay here again.

Amazing hosts - very friendly and helpful!! Villa Berenike is a house, which consists of 4 rooms. Rooms #1 and 4 have got the most privacy as they are not attached to other rooms (all rooms are freshly renovated). The house is well located on a quiet street - a walking distance to the center (~7minutes) and beaches (~20 min), Please consider that the rooms are cleaned only every 3 days.
