Nothing at all except it was a little further to walk into Sorrento than we realised but buses were available we just chose to walk.

The room was very large and comfortable with a beautiful view of the gardens. Breakfast was great offering a great choice and dinner was lovely. The staff were fantastic even opening up the restaurant just for us on our first night. The gardens and pool area are beautiful and very relaxing with plenty of space, you wouldn’t believe that a busy town is nearby. We would highly recommend staying here if you want to escape the noise from Sorrento.

Nothing not to like!

Great location … close to the train station. Easy walk into St Agnello and Sorrento. Plenty of local restaurants. Located in beautiful gardens, delicious breakfasts with an excellent choice of fruit, cakes, pastries and eggs, teas and coffee. House keeping excellent …. room cleaned every day and towels changed. Lovely swimming pool area with bar and surrounded by lemon and orange trees. Staff just lovely. Perfect for us in every way.

Property is tucked away in its own beautiful grounds. There was a calm, peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. It was easy to get to all the tourist attractions and towns we wanted to visit , whilst the area around the hotel has a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The pool area is quiet and very clean- as is the pool. We found the staff helpful and friendly. (Ariana must be thanked for her help and patience- including staying up very late to check us in. ) I found mini pastries left in the room on my birthday which was lovely. Thank you for a fantastic holiday.

We had a fantastic stay! The check-in was smooth with a very accommodating host who waited until midnight for us. The room was spotless, spacious, quiet, and had a brilliant shower and super comfortable super king bed. Staff were friendly and thoughtful, even leaving umbrellas for us on a rainy day. The pool and sun lounger area were beautiful and mostly peaceful, with only occasional use by local guests. The property is a beautiful and tranquil space away from the hustle of Sorrento, yet close to supermarkets, restaurants, and transport links. Excellent value for money – highly recommend!

It was a green serene oasis in the crazy tourist season in a very popular area. The pool and garden with lemon tree orchards and on site restaurant was sooo perfect.

Nothing, everything was great. My only comment is the beds were a little hard but really the rest of the property and service outshone the beds so we did not mind!

Beautiful property and gardens, pool was stunning, felt very peaceful. Staff were so kind and attentive and breakfast daily was delicious. My mum is gluten free and they brought her gluten free pastries every day. Very good attention to detail

Standard etiquette at the pool can be better enforced. One day we ended up next to a lady binge watching a show with the volume turned up which ruined the overall vibe.

Everything! Charming small private hotel with beautiful gardens and pool. Excellent clean spacious rooms in the garden villa. Lovely pool area with sunbeds and poolside bar. Breakfasts were varied and delicious. Staff were extremely polite and helpful but discreet. Good restaurants in local area. Easy access to train station for Sorrento, Pompeii. It was so relaxing and enjoyable. We can’t wait to return! Many thanks to Arianna and all the staff.

The relais is very wonderful...its not easy an hotel but its a park where i think often is the location of wedding marriage. Silence, relax and a very good staff quality. Unhappy it was not active the restaurant, but very compliiments for the excellent breakfast quality.

Tô drove there requires skill to drive through a very narrow road especially right before the entrance.

The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious! They have a swimming pool which was great to relax. Staff were very nice and helpful!
