The shower is set up in a strange way that it’s impossible not to get water all over the floor. Other than that it was great!

It was cute and located in a very good spot! Close to many restaurants and not a bad walk down if you want to go to the beach!

I have stayed in upper floor. So we need to take the heavy luggages up the stairs. I have booked a 2-bedroom apartment. But one of the rooms seems to a the living room with sofa bed only.

The apartment comes with great seaview. We can enjoy a gorgeous sunset by having coffee in terrace. It is a spacious apartment and we love it.

We stayed in December so many places were closed and the weather was chilly but that was all expected for this time of year. As for the Villa, I have nothing negative to say.

Staff was very helpful and very quick to respond to any questions we had. The place was well stocked, better than any place I have ever stayed. Excellent view from the large balcony. The villa is spacious by any standard. The stairs are only about 40 steps to the villa from the street, so by Positano standards it's practically street level.

However, the apartment is very far from the beach and the port. Have to walk down tones of steps up and down the hill. A good workout tho! Just good to keep this in mind. The other thing is that this property is extremely overpriced for what it is (which is just a regular one bedroom, one bathroom apartment — nothing fancy at all) — paid €680 for one night. Would not pay that amount again.

The property was clean and spacious. The host was nice and helpful. The view from the apartment is amazing and the balcony is lovely — the breakfast is served (upon request) there as well.

No trash can in the kitchen. The super little trash cans in bathroom require you to step to open the lid. Silly The tree blocks 50% of the most amazing view of the water. It doesn’t need to be 20 feet of leaves straight up.

Positano is beautiful, the combination was perfect. I am really happy that everything went great with Villa Setteventi. Amazing view from the balcony, so you will definitely enjoy it during the breakfast or just even having your coffee. The view from the Villa is definitely the highlight. The location is very well connected, you easily can get the bus just in front of the Villa and go directly to the center. The villa was very well equipped, air-conditioner, hygiene products, towels etc. very well cleaned. The pictures in this website are reflecting the current situation of the Villa. Our Hoster Andreas was always helpful and reachable from the day number 1 when I placed my booking, and contacted me before my arrival to know if I would need anything. Amazing service Andreas! He even was so kind to organize local delicatesses for our welcome. Close to the Villa, you can find good restaurants, cafeterias, small mini-market and even a beauty salon. We stayed only two nights, but I will definitely repeat the experience again. My recommendation, not blame the stairs, these are everywhere, just enjoy the experience Karen - Switzerland

Brilliant location. Stunning views. Lovely old apartment with lots of character. We didn't meet any staff, this was a self check-in but the host was extremely helpful over text message. There is a small shop and cafe just outside.

We arrived by ferry and found it difficult to get to the villa. We encountered a very strenuous stair climb and finally managed to get a taxi the rest of the way. I’m sure we made a wrong turn and made it more difficult. If you arrive by car or bus there is no problem.

Staying in a place from year 500 was amazing. The original doorways on the patio, the ceilings, the hand painted floor tiles!!! The separate sleeping spaces were spacious. Beautiful balcony. Stunning views. Amazing restaurants a few step as away. Friendly hosts.

The house is on the hillside, you can browse the beautiful scenery on the super-large balcony. The room is fully equipped and very clean. The breakfast is also great. You can have croissants, juice, and coffee, much better than ordinary breakfasts!

The facilities are very good. The air conditions, shower, balcony and so on are very good for use, and above the average level.

Breakfast could have been better. However everything was wonderful, I would definitely stay there again if I was visiting Positano.

The balcony is amazing with the best views you could imagine, you won't want to leave. The bedrooms were large, the bathroom was fine & breakfast was delicious, freshly baked croissants, fruit, yogurts & juice.

It was all pretty amazing. Only thing I can say is the shower was tiny and the drain was blocked but it was a very easy fix.

The location was great. it was on the other side of Positano not the direct middle but it was still a stunning view. The balcony was amazing and so great we had that.

Positano is FULL of stairs and getting to the front door involves over 20 steps up! The cost of all lodging in Positano is very out of balance when compared to other Amalfi towns.

The Positano town shuttle stops right at the stairs up to this classic villa. Sit on the covered terrace and enjoy views of the ocean and the town lit up at night! To get to downtown walk down the road (and skip many of the stairs) and enjoy the many sights along the way. Breakfast out on the terrace. There's a great local restaurant nearby that our host recommended.

There are no 2 bedrooms. It is 1 bedroom a living room with a sofe bed. The facilites ( bathroom and kitchen) need an update. There is no washing machine or stove.
