LOCATION IS PERFECT, Directly beside the cruise port, with ocean views , Rome’s newly decorated, fresh and clean, perfect for our one night pre cruise stay, host is also very friendly and helpful 🤩

The shower wouldn't drain and flooded the floor - had to shut off to wash our hair. The coffee pot didn't work and you couldn't drink the water.

The host was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond. You couldn't ask for a better location and view was beautiful. Beds totally comfortable.

It’s worth mentioning that the property has a lift to the rooms, however there are around 8 steps (forgot to count them, sorry) up to the area of the lift, which will be a bit of an issue for elderly folk, or like ourselves, were recovering from operations. The walk to the cruise bus terminal where you can pick up a free shuttle was around 10 mins, we chose to get a taxi which Flavia booked for us in good faith. However the ‘taxi’ was a type of minibus which held 8 people squashed up. We had been told € 25 for us 2 total however the bus driver said it was € 15 each. We refused to pay the extra as it was a disgrace they were charging so much for a short ride. The ‘taxi’ was obviously not properly licensed as we were dropped just outside the port area. I had checked and the cost of an Uber and it was €20! So lesson learned - get an Uber! Flavia was very upset when I told her about this and she said she would recommend an Uber in future.

Location and Flavia were both excellent. We arrived quite late so not much time to enjoy the surrounding area. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Flavia arranged a taxi from the airport for us which worked very well & we were collected and taken straight to the B&B.

If you are looking for an exceptional location, clean comfortable room, tremendous value for the money you will not be disappointed. Would this be considered a luxury property? Not by some. But a luxurious ocean view for sure and a luxurious location close to the port. I will book this B&B again.

We loved everything.

WE LOVED IT! Very clean, comfortable and beautiful. Flavia was amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. The place is steps from the beach, restaurants and stores. There is a shuttle stop for the cruise port not to far.

The host Flavia was the best. Anything she could do to help including a video of how to get in. The place was spotless, the location incredible. You could not ask for anything more. The breakfast is just down the street but a 2 minute walk with beautiful surroundings. 10 out of 10 for sure

It was in the middle of the town. It was easy to access from the station. Flavia was a gracious host. Our trains were delayed and we arrived quite late but Flavia was very welcoming.

Everything. The room is beautifully decorated and has a view right along the coast north of the port. Everything on your doorstep. Flavia is a fabulous hostess (I know it’s been said many times but it would be wrong not to say it again) - everything explained and always on hand if needed. We stayed the night before our cruise, good decision. 👍 A 100m walk to the free shuttle bus and we are away!

There wasn’t anything to be honest, price was good for what we needed for an overnight stay. It’s by a busy road and you will get some traffic noise if the window is open but the air conditioning was great. The location is perfect for a walk around, restaurants and sea front. My wife loved it.

This is the perfect location if you are joining a cruise. And if you are arriving by train then it’s another plus because you can come out of the station turn right and after about a 5 minute walk you will be looking at the big brown entrance door. The rooms are located on the 5th floor- McDonald’s is at ground level, therefore you can’t miss it!

The bedroom was very small, with nowhere to put our luggage, and no bathroom amenities beyond toilet paper and hand soap at the sink (i.e., no shampoo etc. for the shower). We purposefully reserved the larger more expensive of the two rooms in her property - the triple room - which has much more space and a second bed. However, at self-check-in we realized she had put us in the smaller room, and with no explanation. At checkout when we told her we were disappointed in our room, she explained that she’d given our reserved room to another couple because they had a child with them. We told her that simply switching a guest’s specifically reserved and prepaid room is not acceptable, and she said she would pay the city taxes due on our behalf (which in the listing was only €1.5 euros each for the one night). Honestly, although the location was terrific, we would for sure have booked a different larger more comfortable accommodation had we known the owner viewed the specific room reservation as a simply a preference.

The location was good for staying the night before taking a cruise - it’s only steps away from the cruise shuttle pickup point. It was also walkable from the train with rolling luggage. The room was clean, and the room’s air conditioning worked well.

Excellent location. Close to the cruise port. Less than a block to the beach. The breakfast was excellent at the location across the street. Flavia was beyond gracious and a wonderful host. Helped us with all our transportation needs! If I'm ever back in this location, I will stay here.

Ensuite very small and for us as sharing with our friend’s okay, the tea and coffee in shared lobby area with the light turning off whilst still in lobby on a sensor.
