The room was lovely, very modern and spacious. The location was nice as it was a 5-10 minute walk into the city centre. Not too loud at night compared to the city centre.

Would have been nice to have English channels on TV When leaving my room, the automatic light didn’t come on until I had taken a few steps, so was in the dark

The cleaning of the room was not done properly: no new towels, no new toilet paper. They only came once every 2 days which is definetely okay, but they should clean and replace everything then. In the morning we always had a horrible smell coming from bathroom, from the drainage we think. There is no elevator in the building, but the owner helped us to carry our bags upstairs when checking in.

Very friendly staff. The owner came to pick us up at naples central station because our ferry had been cancelled. Normally they have a taxi service to take you from the station to their hotel but they were not available so he picked us up himself. The room is very good located. Basic room but very nice. Breakfast is arranged via 2 restaurants and is good. Self check out is a plus.

There was mostly just basic service after check in, and the contact person had to be reached through Whatsapp or phone if any other services were wanted (no one at the reception beyond that, that we could see). Nothing really all the awful with that but since the description did not mention this I consider it a minus. Checking out was not done face to face but instead we were asked (after inquiring through Whatsapp) to leave the room keys and card on the desk/reception. Some things may be different due to this not being a hotel but instead rooms that are rented in an apartment complex, so some things may not be what one may have first considered. But important to know what one can expect.

Some things we liked: We were given breakfast tickets to two local restaurants (No served breakfast at the place itself). We chose Veneruso as a restaurant, and were very happy with them. When we met the administrative person who checked us in, and we told him that we only used Veneruso tickets, he asked if we wanted to exchange the tickets to the other place offered for those of Veneruso, which was very kind. Even if some things were not what we expected, the standards were good, and the place was quite central in Sorrento. Probably 10 min walk from Tasso Square, and 20 min to the harbour/ferries. The cleaning was proper and quite thorough which is something I value greatly.

Modern clean property just off the Main Street in sorrento, given a good breakfast in a local restaurant. Communication with the staff was very easy even allowing us to check in early really helping us out

There was no lift to the first floor. We had to carry our bags up two flights of stairs. Carlo did assist us when he was there. Which was kind but this Was unexpected.. so be prepared.

Carlo, the owner, corresponded with us b4 arriving. He met us at the property. He was so helpful and pleasant. The rooms were as per the photos and were comfortable. The location was good. A short walk to the middle of the town centre and port was good.

Great location. Very close to the centre and close to the water. The host also went above and beyond. He even helped track us down when we couldn’t find the property. The breakfast is also incredible!

Location is a 5 minute walk from the centre. Very modern and comfortable room with great bed, shower and smart tv. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and easy to contact.

Great location, a quiet street a minute away from the center and main street. Very spacious, clean rooom, with a balcony, with everything you need. Giuseppe the host is a very nice guy, always reachable and had some good recommendations for restaurants in Sorrento as well as good options for daily tours. The continental buffet breakfast in the hotel next door is excellent. Would gladly come back to Vittoria rooms

We were very happy and comfortable with our room. I really liked the quiet location that was also very close to the city center. The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable and I loved sitting on the balcony. Giuseppe , the property manager, was very nice and helpful. The breakfast exceeded our expectations with a wonderful selection of food and a beautiful garden setting.

Nothing on the property per se, but the neighbours from the apartment above were a little bit noisy, “heavy steps”, but luckily not during late hours.

All new in the room, comfortable, very well located - close to everything, but in a quiet street. Giuseppe were super attentive and responsive, thank you for your hospitality!

It would be helpful to have additional hooks in the bathroom for wet towels.

Loved this place! Great location. It was easy to get everywhere, and yet it was tucked away from the busy street. Giuseppe was very helpful and always available. The breakfast at the hotel next door was a bonus! Highly recommend this little gem!

A little hard to find..despite having google maps we only identified the property by a tiny handwritten label on the door buzzer. A sign at the end of the street or on the building would be beneficial for future visitors. Or perhaps clearer instructions sent to you with photos when you have booked. Also, the stairs were a bit tricky to get heavy luggage up and down.

Very clean, well lit, good location, nicely styled, all the amenities we needed! Communication via whatsapp was excellent and we really appreciated the property allowing us to leave our bags at reception after check out.
