It is perfect for a city break, everything that you needed from an apartment was supplied, and the host Alessandro was very kind and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable and the room had air conditioning if needed in the summer. A powerful and hot shower, plenty of space, access to a kitchen and fridge etc.

Just a little noisy depending on the night because of the bar right downstairs. A little far from the main plaza, but still full of restos and shops around. Bus is very accessible.

As shown in pictures. Straightforward but spacious and fairly complete with espresso machine, hot water, airconditioner, elevator. Owner is easily reachable. Bus stop very near the property, but is a walk to the main plaza.

The door to our room was a challenge to lock. It took quite a few tries to figure out just how far to put the key in to be able to lock it. It would also be nice if there were more hooks or shelves in the bathroom.

The host was very, very helpful. He allowed us to drop off our luggage early, gave great recommendations for shopping, and was quick to respond when we had minor issues. The room is nicely furnished with access to a kitchen. It was clean with plenty of space for our luggage. I also liked that there were extra blankets in the closet.

Did find the washing machine to be slightly difficult to use, however the host was always a quick text away

Apartment was bigger than we expected. Lots of space with great amenities. Host was very easy to contact and was very happy to aid in any issues we had with speed and enthusiasm. Room was definitely worth it, and suited our needs perfectly.

The shower could be a little bigger but the water pressure was still very good and everything was really clean.

The host was very nice and very helpful. The apartment has an amazing price for the wonderful facilities that it offers. It’s very close to everything (walking distance) and even 10 minutes away from the Stazione Centrale di Bologna. Entering the apartment was really easy, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen perfect, and we had Wifi as well. Overall, everything very nice.

This is a good sized flat with lots of character in keeping with the building in which it's located. It's on the first floor and I found it very quiet. The facilities are clean and modern with pretty much everything you could need including a washing machine for those packing light. The bedroom is spacious with a large, comfortable bed and modern air conditioning. The location is great, about 10 mins walk from the train station and a similar distance to the centre. There are bars and convenience stores just a few metres away. Alessandro, the host, clearly goes the extra mile. He's friendly, quick to respond to messages and happy to pass on recommendations of places to eat and visit. There was even a good supply of snacks and fruit to enjoy during the stay. All in all a great place to stay. Highly recommended.

Fantastic property very conveniently located, decently close to the train station and just few steps from city center.
