don't get impressed by the smell of mould along the staircase, you won't find the smell in the property, it is very clean

The room was a tad small however, in italy this is expected and we weren’t in the room a lot anyways.

Very central location close to lungomare with fabulous restaurants. Gianmarco was great at communicating with us aswell as checking in to see if we needed anything. Facilities and cleanliness was exceptional. The free espresso was a bonus!

We had trouble checking in as our phones would not work without wifi. Thankfully a neighbour came to our rescue. The owner is very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

This was a very nice B and B. Recently renovated. It is sparkling clean and modern. Situated a fair distance from the railway station, but easy to find. Centrally located with a balcony overlooking the Main Street. Noise was minimal from the street due to insulation. Would recommend it highly.

The street can be noisy at night. the large balcony window could do with double glazing for a quieter sleep.

White rooms are conveniently located - you’re right on the main boulevard of Reggio Calabria, with plenty of restaurant options. the room was very clean, and the hosts were friendly with good communication.

A downfall to the good location is that it can be quite noisy outside however this is outside the control of the owner. I still managed to sleep and it wouldn’t put me off staying here again

The toilet was a bit smelly. Had to keep the bathroom door shut. Being right in the middle of town it was quite noisy well into the night.

Although twin room was small it was beautifully done - modern clean rooms, lots of light. Great access to Lido Station, perfectly placed for museum, shops, seafront and restaurants. Breakfast is at a lovely cafe a couple of streets away from the property, also had gluten free option.

We stayed on a Friday night in early July and there was quite a lot of noise from the streets surrounding the property until quite late at night - whilst this isn’t something over which the host has any control, light sleepers may want to take this into account.

Gian Marco was extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and the bathroom was well appointed. There was a small shared kitchen space with a coffee machine and complementary coffee pods for guests. The location was excellent - close to the amazing sea front and the shops, about a twenty minute walk from the station and a ten minute walk from the ferry terminal. There were very good restaurants nearby.

The only and biggest issue is that it is located on a pedestrian street; when we arrived on a Saturday, the loud noise lasted until 2 AM in the morning. It was impossible to sleep. Then the cleaning trucks start at 4:30 AM every day. We understand this is nothing that can be done by the owner yet future guests should really consider if LOUD noise bothers your ability to sleep. Of the four nights we stayed, one was quiet enough to sleep.

Property was clean and very well kept. Manager was on site every day to make sure everything was working properly. Location is very convenient to everything in town. Loved the expresso machine available in the common room.

The was only one air conditioning unit for all three rooms at the property.

The location was very central with easier access to the train station.
