Piero (the owner) was so helpful! The rooms were a good size, all refurbished neat and clean. Piero organised for an early morning pick up from the hotel to Lisbon airport for us and everything went like clock work. I would stay at this hotel again.

It was very loud in the morning, I guess people from other room were leaving early and were packing in the kitchen. I would suggest having “quiet hours”.

Pierro is very helpful and met us at the airport even though our flight has been delayed. Very clean room and bathroom. We had breakfast in the morning.

Everything was exceptional. For a reasonable fee, the host will provide shuttle service to/from FCO. The host went over and above in assuring a pleasant stay. Bed and pillows were quite comfortable. Clean shower with good water pressure. Community kitchen was well stocked and there was a variety of snacks and fruit available. Super clean accommodations. This is where I'll stay when in the area!

Everything was wonderful.

Incredibly clean, amazing location, close to the beach and many restaurants. Just a few minutes walk away. Gorgeous sunset can be watched from the beach! Nice and close to the airport, about a 15 minute drive. Kind and accommodating staff! Water in fridge, coffee and tea, and a Grab and go breakfast we’re all available!

The apartment was very clean, with all the amenities you might need. The included breakfast was a nice touch and much appreciated. The proximity to the airport was great, as I was flying in and out of Fiumicino the next day. I was happy there was an airport transfer option. The host kindly waited for me, even though my flight was delayed ans then I also had a delay on arrival due to the lost luggage.

Bed was a little hard, but I prefer a softer bed.

Hosts were welcoming and helpful. Room and ensuite were well decorated and very clean. Shared kitchen had lots of coffee, tea, fruit, juice and cake/snacks and also very clean and comfortable. Host picked me up at airport, for small fee. Beach was very nice and only one block away. Perfect location for overnight before flight out of Fiumicino. Photos are up to date and clear.

Piero contacted me via WhatsApp, I let him know we’d be arriving late, driving all the way from Montepulciano. We arrived around 8:30–9:00 PM, and he was waiting on the stairs to welcome us. He kindly showed us how to open and lock the property doors. Such a lovely host! He also recommended an amazing pizza place right next door. The place was buzzing with people picking up orders (I even saw someone carrying 10 boxes!), and the pizza from Scutum was honestly one of the best I’ve had in Italy. We truly enjoyed our stay, even though we had to leave very early to catch a flight. Definitely recommended!

Absolutely loved my stay! The location is perfect — just 3 minutes from the sea, with plenty of amazing places to eat nearby, from a cozy pizzeria right on the corner to lovely restaurants along the promenade. The room was spacious, fresh, and very clean — you can tell it’s well taken care of. The bed was super comfortable, with pillows of different firmness and even an extra blanket if needed. Every little detail shows how much they care about their guests: water waiting in the fridge, delicious snacks and fresh fruit on the table. The shared kitchen has everything you might need — coffee machine, kettle, microwave — which made the stay even more comfortable. Special thanks to the host for the transfer service! My flight was very early and I was a bit worried, but everything went perfectly — the driver messaged me 15 minutes before pick-up and arrived even 5 minutes early. Overall, everything was just perfect — I would definitely love to come back again!
