Zia Maria was very modern and had everything we needed! Samuel was helpful and responded quickly to our requests! It was close to the city center where we were attending wedding events. The bathroom was stocked with all the amenities and towels we could have asked for.

This was the perfect apartment for our 4 night stay. Samuele thought of everything and was always available to ask questions and arrange taxi's etc. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms and kitchen.

All recommendations for this apartment, the best apartment I have rented. The owner is very kind and always ready to help and give advice. The apartment is equipped with everything you need: three air conditioners, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, iron, coffee machine, kettle, oven... The rooms are equipped like in a hotel, with comfortable mattresses and pillows. The location is great, right in the center, near the apartment there are many restaurants and cafes. The supermarket is also a 2-minute walk away. Breakfast is served in a local cafe - where you get a real feel of Italy, with local residents drinking coffee there. This was a wonderful experience and thank you for such a pleasant and exquisite accommodation.

We loved the superior design of this apartment. It was spacious for our family of three and had everything we needed. Truly a home away from home and it was a relief to be able to Netflix and chill in good air conditioning after a long day out in near 40 Deg summer heat!! The location was a great base for us as we had a car and could drive to many beaches and towns such as Alberobello within 20-30 mins. In terms of car access, although making tight turns in the very narrow streets of Fasano took some getting used to, we were always able to find nearby spots to park for free. The host Samuel was kind, helpful and friendly, and even surprised us with a welcome gift of freshly baked Focaccia Pugliese. The restaurants he recommended in the visitor info pack were all fantastic. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The host was extremely responsive and accommodating with our needs and schedule. We arrived very late nearly every day during our trip, but the host was able to facilitate a smooth check in and check out process. They were very attentive and always asked if we had everything we needed. The property was as advertised - super clean, aesthetically decorated and very comfortable as well. It was really the home away from home for us! The breakfast provided was also a great local experience. Some of the best coffee and croissants we’ve had this trip!

We were greeted immediately upon arrival. Samuele went above and beyond to help us find great restaurants, spas, beaches and other things to do. His recommendations were always top notch. He also help with translation in making reservations for us. The locations was awesome and we were able to walk everywhere. The apartment itself is extremely well appointed and the beds were super comfortable which is a must for us!

The best plays we have stayed in. It's cozy and it's very clean. Too bad we had only one night there. And Fasano is a charming city.

Everything, there was nothing to dislike: Bed and bedding - 10 Decor - 10 Location - 10 Owner - 10 Facilities- 10 I consider myself quite fussy when it comes to quality, beds and decor but I would cherish the thought of staying in such a stunning place - forever! Can’t wait to return

The apartment is perfect, completely new renovation done with impeccable taste. The mattress, pillows, linen are better than in a good 5* hotel. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The refrigerator is stocked with free drinks and snacks. The host was very nice and gave great restaurants recommendations. Thank you!

Nothing, it was great.

The apartment was perfect. Exactly what I was looking for. Clean, modern, and has all the amenities and comforts you could want. Stocked fridge and coffee machine was a nice surprise. Well air conditioned, modern finishes and touches to the house. You can they really put a lot of effort, care and thought into all the details of the house and it was much appreciated. The hosts were very nice, helpful and accommodating. Charming Italian neighborhood as well. Thank you Samuele!

Everything was perfect.

Zia Maria covers everything you could wish for: The apartment is very large and new, luxuriously and comfortably furnished and exceptionally clean. It’s has a a fully equipped kitchen, cosy beds, a walk-in rain shower, three balconies, three TVs, two sinks, and plenty of storage space. The internet connection is stable and strong. The apartment is very centrally located. We found parking in the area without any problems. Fasano is ideal for excursions to cities worth seeing such as Monopoli, Alberobello or Ostuni. Our host welcomed us very nicely and provided us with snacks and drinks. We highly recommend Zia Maria.

The apartment was beautiful, super modern and extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment is very well located, in the hyper center of Fasano. The host was very nice, super helpful and very responsive. There is nothing negative I can say about our stay there, it was just perfect!
