However, we truly regret that your stay was affected by the noise from the surrounding area and the service you received. As we are located in the heart of Ocho Rios, we are close to many shops, dining options, and attractions, which we hope made your experience more convenient. However, we understand that the lively atmosphere of the area, especially in the evenings, can sometimes lead to noise beyond our control. We sincerely apologize for any discomfort this caused. Regarding the medical emergency and the issue with the towel, we take these concerns very seriously. We are sorry that you felt the staff was not accommodating during your time of need and that there was a misunderstanding with the towel charge. We understand how important it is to get exactly what you expect when booking, and I apologize for the confusion regarding the room category. We’ll work on clarifying the details of our room types and ensure that expectations around room features, like the balcony, are clearly communicated. I’m also sorry that the breakfast didn’t meet your expectations, and I’ll be sure to share your comments with our kitchen team to see how we can improve our offerings. Additionally, we’ll have our maintenance team look into the loose toilet lid and take further action to ensure everything in the rooms is in good condition. Regarding the deposit, we understand it can be an unexpected cost but it is necessary for loss prevention purposes. The full amount is refunded to all guests upon checkout if nothing is missing or broken. I deeply regret the smoke smell you experienced in the morning and the unhelpful response from our gardener. This is definitely not the standard of service we strive for, and I will personally address this with the team to ensure a better response to such situations in the future.
